You should not burn rice hull all the way to ash. Use it to make bio-char (carbonized rice hull) and return it to the soil or use for sterile animal bedding. Either way It will boost crop yields greatly. The carbonized hulls from each year add to the soils water retention and fertilizer retention capacity. It is a cheap way to get amazing growth from bad soil. On the other hand fully burnt ash like this video shows makes a good additive for concrete to make it lighter and insulating.
