Purchasing property barley has benefits other than some money and discounts. You can't even defend or lose territory like in san andreas. Atleast Rockstar takes time in their games. SR3 seems more like a demo to SR4

meh. saints row 3 was alright, 1 and 2 shits on it though. its more goofy and over the top plus johnny dies so theres that. the soundtrack wasn't as good as the first two either... like they tried way too hard to be over the top and out there it just felt.. lame. plus the activities didn't even give you anything worth while after you finished all of them, not like when you got infinitive sprint, pimp cane shotgun, etc in the other games. overall it's a fun game, just not "saints row" enough.

people die in gangfights, and the fact that carlos was going to get caught wasn't unexpected in the storyline.

Saints 2 showed the some real shit going down with both of the best brutal scenes and the best kind of humor.

saints 3 turned into a total kids game.

Gat's death was already a set back, but adding stupid brutes and turning the game totally soft just killed it.

saints the third should of been ALLOT better than this.

Saints Row is nothing like GTA. Saints Row is about maintaining a gang. GTA is about becoming a crime lord. The car handling couldn't be any different. The stories couldn't be any different. Comparing SR to GTA is like that stupid as hell Harry Potter vs. Twilight thing. They're two completely different things. And Volition isn't trying to be like GTA. THQ is just trying to sell it as a GTA clone.
