"Tummy tuck" (modified) only in select cases when babies are planned down the road. If you need tissue debulking because of severe excess, then that may be fine. But a full court press abdominoplasty with full muscle tightening is NOT recommended until a patient is through having children, as a rule.

I think a candidate for a tummy tuck is a woman who has had many pregnancies. My mom just had her tummy tuck but she had 6 kids. I am 28 and my doctor does not recommend a tummy tuck because I have not had kids yet.
