I believe that Janet prowls comments left about her in some of her free time. Some people have actually left comments stating that they didn't think she could sing. I think that this tour was specifically targeted toward these people, because Janet obviously sung most of this tour. She even showed the strength and rage of her voice for the haters out there lol. This woman is an Icon and a living legend she has nothing to prove, but I think she actually wanted her haters to hear her angelic voice

If Janet were to go out there to sing and dance to IF as she always has, and if she changes the choreography , I can guarantee you that the crowd will not like it one bit BUT since they love Janet, they wouldn't "Boo " her, they just wouldn't be happy BUT you never know, some might " Boo" her if she changed it. There are no other ways to change it. She's NEVER changed her choreography to any of her songs and probably never will. That's what we are used to, thats what we like.

i love janet and i love her music, i saw her live in italy in the velvet rope tour and i though it was fantastic, but after seen this videos for this tour i have to say: always the same choreography for every song, always the same musical style, always the same symulated sex with a fan. i wish she do something new, more songs from discipline, she had to perform 2nite and greatest x!!

From the clips I have been watching, I don't think she is lip-syncing. I mean she does sing to " pre-recorded vocals " that is her voice and she sings to them and her mic is on because you can hear her occasional " ooh " and " ah " but I don't think she lip-syncs as much as people think she does. You can tell if she lip syncs because the song would sound exactly as it does on the CD / or radio.

Her costumes are fierce along with her hair !! At least her hair stays out of her face this tour!

After each Janet tour I keep on thinking " How is she going to top this the next time? ", and each tour she never fails to make each one more spectacular than the previous one, as far as the stage sets, the themes , costumes, vocals, choreography, She ALWAYS seems to out-do her previous tour. When I thought her All 4 U tour was the BEST of her tours, she has outdone herself again. There are no bounds that she can't break! Her drive towards perfection is neverending. I saw the show in LA last night and all I can say is - what a performance!! The only drawback was most of it was lip-synched but when you're dancing that hard, you need all the stamina and endurance you can muster so I understand. Now that simulated sex on the tied up fan, that's another story.

I would personally be bothered if she changed the choreography to "Rhythm Nation" and "If". Those routines r classic and the reason why most fans go to see her concerts. Anyway, this has to be Janet's best tracklist for a tour since "TVR". It's about time she performed her pre-Control songs and other singles she never performs on her tours, not to mention she's sounding really great vocally. Seems like her best tour in years!

So, I have a question. I am a huge fan and I have watched your videos. Great job...aren't you just a bit disappointed that she's doing the same routines and the same songs in the same way that she's done them on every tour? It was the one thing I was afraid of. I don't need to see that dance break in "If" again. I don't need to see the chair dance from "Miss you much". I was really hoping that she would concentrate on newer stuff and/or revamp the choreography of her old songs...sigh.
