This is the pissiest logic ever. The bible specifies how many days God made the earth in very clearly. The often quoted bit in Peter where it says "for The Lord a day is like a thousand years" is the excuse given for the second coming, which was promised within the lifetime of the disciples, still not happening.

The verse is referring to GOD's patience. It's not literally saying that 1 day= thousands years and vice versa.

All you have to do is read the entire verse in its context.

It's clearly referring to GOD's patience to bear with anti-GOD people (those who reject Jesus Christ) because He's not willing that any should perish.

In the same token, GOD is not slow in keeping His promise, Jesus could easily return today or any day and judge the world.....and no human government can stop Him
