  • what was the whole deal between bret and vince in 97?

  • everyt time i watch is i always think about brett"s character. in his prime brett could had any gorgeous dream woman he wanted. the way shaun and others did. but brett loved his wife and stayed with her. even though she was just not attractive at all. honestly, comparability yes. but brett was a family man, and he dident need a hollywood whore, because he had morals, and was a dedicated family man. and it paid off from him in the long run.

    BRETT 4EVER!!

  • You do realize that Bret had creative control over the last 30 days which gave him the option to do whatever he wanted to do? He gave Vince plenty of choices of when he would be willing to drop the title before he left and Vince was hell bent on getting the title on HBK.

  • Brett screrwed Brett - fact

  • i dont blame vince 4 doin what he did.. if memory serves me rite, bret was 2 win this match then the next nite on raw just give the title up as if it meant nothing? if i were in vinces shoes i would have done the samething bret screwed bret bottom line

  • BROTHERHOOD

  • some ppl think this whole thing was a work but i dont know about that

  • Man She would not to make any mistake becoz the man with whom she is blabbering is The game Triple H , the one whozzz way way better than her own husband, not to make any mistake.

  • You know, Bret needsto understand, that Vince couldn't risk the fact of Bischoff taking the belt to NITRO; so he did what he had to do, ya know??? He should've understood!!!!

  • @3rit3rat006 you do realize this is settled correct? they've called a truce MORE than a year ago

  • i just went deaf asshole

  • you are all so dumb

the camera just happens to be there??

It is all fake, they were all in on it. Even Bret.

This will all go down as the biggest work in wrestling history. It wil be probably be revealed when vince or bret dies.

  • @nabstra ummmmm no because bret even told the camera guy to not film this after... its not in this video but he did... oh and when this happen, it wasn't on tv... this was a behind the scenes thing... so if it was all acting, then why wasn't this part on tv? so yea... do your research first...

  • it was later revealed that Triple H was the one who came up with the screwjob idea and told it to Vince. What a prick, thats why he makes a good heel, because he is an ass in real life.

  • @AnimalwweMania yeah but bret went into business for himself. his ego wouldnt allow him to lose in canada, so then he compromises to hand the title over the next day!? just hand it over!? fuck that!

to quote triple h "fuck him, if he's not going to do business, then you do business for him". it sucks that it went down like that, but bret's arrogance made it so

  • Shawn Michaels is still swearing to that bullshit God that will get his chicken shit ass through the next five minutes.

  • Bret didn't want to do business so Vince, Shawn and Triple H did it for him!!!!!!! Sorry Bret!!!!

  • @WWEEvolution1991 u need to do ur research... brett and vince decided on what to do before the match... but vince didn't hold his end of the deal... point blank...

  • @LosAngelesGirl24 I know!!!! Bret was being completely unreasonable because he didn't want to lose the title in Canada!!! Its like what the Undertaker says you have to put the business before your ego and Bret couldn't do that!! So it was done for him!!! BRET SCREWED BRET!!!!! and you can't argue with that!!!

  • @WWEEvolution1991 i disagree with u but ok

  • @WWEEvolution1991 I second that!!! Brett didn't want to do business, so Vince did it for him.

  • "Remember something, what goes around comes around."

Am I the only one who finds that hilariously ironic in hindsight? Of the three of them (HHH, Shawn, and Bret), two of them went on to have massively successful careers; one became arguably the greatest heel of his generation, and the other has become known as the greatest in-ring performer of all time and was able to make a successful comeback from a career-ending injury. The same, sadly can't be said about Bret.

  • Interesting how Hart's wife calls HHH " Hunter" since that's not his real name. His real first name is Paul. I guess wrestlers call each other by their stage names even behind the scenes. That's kind of weird.

  • @rstryker27 It kinda depends. She probably didn't know him personally and only knew him as "Hunter". It's like I've seen shoot interviews where some guys call the Untertaker "Mark" and some say "Taker". Sometimes its easier just to call them by the stage names so as to not to get confused. I do think most people at this point simply call him Hunter. I've heard some Nash and Hall interviews tho where they still call him Paul, but they're best friends like that.

  • @rstryker27 that's because they were filming it m8

  • From what I gather, Vince was worried that Brett was going to take the title with him to WCW and do what Alundra Blaze did with it, ie throw it in a trashcan on the air. He thought this because Bret didn't want to drop the belt to Shawn in Canada. And because Bret had creative control over his last 30 days of his WWF contract. Vince believed Bret was being unprofessional and didn't want to do business, so Vince, Shawn and Hunter did the only thing they thought they could for the sake of the WWF

  • @PresidentSuperman193 See if i were Bret i would of grabed the Belt from Shawn backstage and ran out of that building as quck as he could..then show up the next night on nitro with the belt, that would of really screwed Vince....

  • @PresidentSuperman193 That's pretty much how it went down. It was crazy back then when this happened cuz the internet wasn't as big yet as it is now and kayfabe was kinda still around. The rumors flying around back then were just crazy.

  • Worked shoot

  • i think people need to move on from this now. Bret, Shawn and Vince clearly all have. All of them have admitted having a role to play in what happened, clearly some roles were much larger than others.

  • wasn't that rick rude standing on the right side of triple h?

  • Bret Hart has to be the greatest wrestler of all time, vince fucked up doing this no doubt

  • @abbo86 No he didnt, Bret Hart was going to WCW the next night and he wanted to be the champion and take the belt with him to WCW. Do you really ecpect Vince to do that ?

  • @wweman6 he never said that he'll take the belt with him. why would he do that? he's been with the company for years, why would you even compare him to the likes of alundra blaze? who obviously has no respect for the business? the reason why bret is leaving for wcw is because he doesn't like where the company's going; he doesn't like the risque attitude era of the wwf. vince was obviously paranoid since wcw was beating him constantly during that time.

  • @wweman6 No respect was shown to Bret, all he did for the business there was no need for that thats all im saying. Vince is the man dont get me wrong but there must of been other ways to do it.

  • @abbo86 Yeah your right but Bret should of been you co-opretive and gave the belt up because during that time it was Nitro vs Raw and if Bret would of tacken the belt with him that would not of done Vince anygood.

  • @wweman6 Bret was gonna be on raw the next night to give up the belt. ss97 happened in november and bret only went to wcw mid december.

  • what a cunt. I would love to smack her with a sock full of shit

  • hm well. i think you're all dumbasses. for one hbk was on during the attitude era. scott hall was already gone with kevin nash. the attitude era happened right around when dx started. and HHH had nothing to do with the screw job. he was nothing back then besides hbk's right hand man, and that was it. HHH didnt have shit to say to vince back then, he wasnt married or dating his daughter. get your facts straight. it was vince who made the call to screw bret, shove it up your asses who doesnt know.

  • Always thought this was funny, the way HHH just looks at the floor like a naughty child as Julie scolds him lol

  • After all these years and hearing Bret, Vince and Shawn's sides I have come to the conclusion that I think the whole thing was one big work and Bret was in on it too. It all just seems alittle to convienent to me. Either way I am glad Bret and Shawn have made up on tv and this is all in the past and they do not have to keep rehashing it. But my opinion is this is the greatest work in the history of the business.

Wrestling With Shadows is a really good DVD though I highly reccomend it.

  • @kimm821 how the hell is it "convenient"? what's the point of it being a work? it virtually did nothing since they were already in the attitude era at that time. so what's the point? nitro was still beating them, the wwf didn't over exploit it after the event. sure they made a couple of segments and interviews but that's it. there were no merchandise, no ppv's based off of it. how is it a work?

  • @kimm821 yeah i truly believe This was a work i mean look at Vince he was out at ringside during the match following them around. Vince has never (before this) appeared at ringside for a wrestlers match (only doing announcing) . This was the birth of the Mr. McMahon character where he appeared at ringside alot of times after this and competed in matches

  • uhm guyss! i thought its scripted and all .. and they don't actually FIGHT that bad? like why woud they... when they know whos gonna win! why would they risk their own life , just to amaze people! wtf this is sooooooooooooo sad

  • Y'know, i was too young at the time to know the difference, but I honestly believe this is a work. The cameras are in just the right places, and the whole thing feels a bit scripted, if well performed.

  • @downwithleetspeak It was apart of a documentary called "Wrestling with Shadows", an independent film maker followed Bret around for a year - it just happened that this was during that year.

  • "WHat happened?"

"Somehow Vince ran into my hand."

    LOL...

at 2:26 you can clearly tell he got punched in the face. LOL. awesome.

  • ah well, brett is shit.

  • Michaels was a POS back then, big time but he is a legit changed man though. HHH was always a POS as well but now that he's a father and has a family, he's matured and is less so.

  • Move on every one... Even Bret shawn and vince have patched up!!

  • back then Bishoff and Bret were already talking. at the time over in WCW Bishoff is friends with Hall and Nash. Nash is friends with HBK. "the click"

if word got around that Bret was leaving WWF soon anyways of course HHH and HBK played part in getting the belt to lead the company into the "attitude" era...

Vince almost ruined WWF but saved the company at the same time.

    its business, Vince's business

  • @northsider707 hhh didnt have anything to do with the screwjob!! get your facts right before u accuse hhh!!

and ur wrong again, hbk was not a part of attitude era only hhh was!!

  • @dudeme12

HBK and Razor Ramon started the attitude era before the 'attitude era" even started son,

HHH and HBK .. are the biggest 2-faced chicken shit fuckers in the business.

  • @northsider707 watch ur back kid,hhh can jus take ur thin lil pony ass and toss it into trash in 5 secs dum bch..ooooh im rlly soorryy..now u will call john cena..

  • @dudeme12 Shawn was in the attitude era, His match with Stone Cold at Wrestlemania 14 started the attitude era off, he was also WWF commisioner in the attitude era and he did a special ref match with HHH vs The Rock on the first ever SmackDown (not pilot), by the way im not starting an arguement, just stating a fact lol.

  • @Wrestlezone1994XTRA i remember that match but i think shortly after foley took over as commissioner and shawn was gone!!

i mean u cant really say hbk was a part of attitude era just coz he was the commisioner for a short time!!

hbk is a main eventer .. if he was a part of the attitude era we could have great matches and shawn micheals moments but sadly he wasnt...

  • @dudeme12 I'm sorry and I'm a big HHH fan but let's call it how it is. In HBK's HB&T DVD it was HHH who told Vince "Fuck him (Bret). If he won't do business you do business for him."

To say that HHH wasn't in on the screwjob would be a lie and I am a big HHH fan.

  • shaun 'as god is my witness' 'i swear to god' who's he kidding?

  • @4evainter I wonder if he regrets those lines nowadays since he's found God.

Turns out Hunter wasn't in on it - can't blame Bret's wife for thinking he was though, what with their little "clique" and all.

  • @matrix4022 i think shaun does regret his ways back then, he said himself he wasn't the easiest of guys in the wrestling buisness..but i for one am glad bret & shaun have buried the hatchet..two legends of professional wrestling who've entertained millions.. just wish Davey boy smith and Owen Hart were around to see the reconciliation :(

  • hunter or hhh whatevever you wanna call him is a jack ass so is that idiot shawn mi cheals

  • IS THAT BRET HART'S wife?!

COZ she LOOKS LIKE SHE SHOULD BE HIS GRANDMOTHER OR SOMTHING

MAN POOR BRET, HOPE HE GETS A BABE LIKE MARYSE

  • @ENRIQUEJULIOIGLESIAS That is Bret's first wife. They have been divorced since 1999 i believe.

  • that match just proves that wrestling is fake but i still like it

  • @shmookpup again so many people don't know the difference between fake and scripted wwe is scripted. get a fucking education. wwe is scripted not fake.

  • @mcr08901 then y do all the wrestlers just get knocked out but then get back 2 seconds later

  • @shmookpup because it's scripted. fake means by definition deceive or cheating. thats not whats going on? scripted is when your actually thare and its happening. it's practiced before hand. so thares your little English lesson today kid. next time if you wanna be so fuckking ignorant dont come to wwe videos. maybe go to Justin bieber's videos. because wwe actually risks their lives for the fans. wwe goes and sees the troops. if it wasnt for them you wouldn't be able to wack that little dick

  • @mcr08901 hey asshole 1 i hate justin bieber to death 2 i saw a vince mcmahon interview and he said that its not scripted they just get a time limit then they say ok hes soppused to win by submission with a camel clutch and then he said its just entertainment and on that interview there was big show edge john cena and that boxer that bit off the other dudes ear and 3 WTF are u trying 2 say if it wasnt for WWF / WWE i wouldnt have a dick?! if so u reaaaalllly make no sense

  • @shmookpup exactly you just contradicted yourself. scripted means it's predetermined. if Vince tells them how to win its scripted. if Vince tells them who wins its scripted. wtf i said the wwe goes and sees the troops every year. and if it wasn't for the troops you wouldn't be able to wack that little dick of yours. you make no sense.

  • wut happen???

  • and now there divorced lol

  • I still think HHH got owned. He gets owned by a lot of people

  • alot of wrestlers question this whole thing, they all knew that vince had 100% control over all things wwf and he had the power to refuse bret harts documentary camera crew entrance to the building, the wrestlers stated that if vince didnt want something filmed it wouldent be filmed and that it was wierd how the cameras were at all the right places at the right time and that vince would never wobble after a punch like that...basically alot of wwf wrestlers thought it was staged.

  • BRET HART'S WIFE:

Remember something, Hunter: what goes around, comes around.

    TRIPLE H:

Whew, good thing my real name isn't Hunter.

  • @Tycho86 Shaun Micheals ended up with a broken back. What gose around DOSE come around.

  • Shawn is such a lying little bitch here

  • i dont really think Shawn wanted to do this. For Real.

  • bret deserves it...

  • totally onprofessional behavior

  • what happened? please someone explain

  • @mohammed110 This was a real life double cross between Vince McMahon and Bret Hart. A behind the scenes deal was being negotiated for Bret Hart to leave the WWE for rival WCW because Vince couldn't afford to honor the contract Bret signed 1 year prior which was $20 million over 20 yrs. The contract was based on that Bret was supposed to wrestle maybe 2 to 4 more years then retire and stay with the company in other capacities in other words in exchange for taking less money up front

  • @mohammed110 he was supposed to be taken care of on the backend thus having financial security for his family for the rest of his life. This was in 1996, At that same time Eric Bichoff was offering Bret in the neighborhood of $2 to $3 million a year and about a 200 day work schedule(Top WWE wrestlers at that time worked damn near 325 to 350 days a yr) to join WCW which would have made Bret the 2nd highest earner in the wrestling business next to Hulk Hogan. Bret was ready to take the deal

  • @mohammed110 but had a strong loyalty to the WWE a Vince McMahon who made him the star he became. The only reason Bret even considered the deal is because it was a 3 yr deal and he knew he only had a few good years left in him and with that kind of money he could've retired in good health in his early 40's. So Bret took some time off after Wrestlemania in 96 to think about it. While Bret was gone WCW had signed 2 of WWE's top stars in Scott "Razor Ramon" Hall and Kevin "Diesel" NAsh to

  • @mohammed110 fat contracts. In their WCW contracts they had a "Favored Nations" clause stating that if any of the top stars in the business came to WCW and received more money than them then WCW would have to increase the pay of Hall and Nash also. Because that Hall and Nash both were courting Bret to come to WCW for obvious reasons. A few months had passed and after Bret sat on it for awhile he was ready to sign this lucrative deal form WCW. Bret leaving WWE at that time would've damn near put

  • @mohammed110 Vince McMahon and WWE in serious trouble to stay afloat . Vince literally begged! Bret not to leave and offered him a contract that would make him to this day the highest paid wrestler in WWE history. And Bret being the stand up guy that he is took the deal and stayed. A year later Due to Eric Bichoffs brilliance, big spending and dirty tactics WCW was still giving Vince a serious run for his money and damn near almost out of business. Vince went to Bret and informed him that

  • @mohammed110 he would not be able to honor the contract he made and asked Bret to either take a pay cut or see if he could still take WCW up on their offer because as the 2nd biggest star in wrestling he deserved to make the money that he couldn't pay him. Bret refused to take a pay cut and was allowed by Vince to once again negotiate with WCW eventhough he was still under contract. Bichoff and Bret reached a deal similar to the deal that was on the table a year prior and Bret was all set to

  • @mohammed110 join WCW but there was one big problem standing in the way of that.... Bret was till the WWE Champion and was scheduled to work the Survivor Series 1997 PPV and possibally a few weeks after to give enough time to write him off the show. With the deal already signed and done with WCW there would be nothing to stop Bret if he wanted to from walking out with the championship belt and bringing it to WCW Monday Night Nitro as WWE Women's Champion Alundra Blaze did a year before that.

  • @mohammed110 Bret's not that kind of guy and would've never done that but it was probably Bichoff that Vince didn't trust and could not risk that scenario going down and wanted Bret to drop the belt to Shawn at the PPV in his home country Bret agreed to drop the belt on Raw after the Survivor Series but Vince wasn't entirely convinced and started coming up with a plan to prevent any chance of Bret leaving with the belt. So he along with Gerald Briscoe came up with the plan to use Shawn Michaels

  • @mohammed110 to screw Bret with a premature finish at the PPV. Vince really torn about doing actually going through with it ran the idea over with Shawn and HHH. Shawn and HHH pretty much in what I could personally understand felt that the idea of putting over a guy that was leaving to a rival company was just plain stupid which in all honesty it would be and talked Vince into going through with the screw job. So the match is set, the finish that Bret believes is going down is a 20 min match

  • @mohammed110 that will end in disqualification from outside interference. The actual finish would be Shawn Michaels putting Bret in the Sharpshooter and as Bret tries to reverse it as he thought it was supposed to be planned, Vince McMahon calls for the referee to signal for the bell to ring(Vince had to actually tell the time keeper to "ring the fuckin bell!") making it appear that Hart gave up and therefore loosing the belt but the whole world couldn't help but see what actually went down

  • @mohammed110 right there and the rest is history. The referee Earl Hebner was promptly secured and escorted out of the building. Shawn Michaels and HHH were told by Vince that to no matter what absolutely deny any involvement and thats what they did eventhough they were in on the whole thing. Many wrestlers backstage were pissed and The Undertaker himself actually went to Vince's office and made him open the door and talk to Bret. Bret subsequently punched Vince in the face and thats why you see

  • @redhawk0329 Though why did Hunter have anything to do with it? The key people in the match was Vince, Bret, Shawn and Earl. Hunter was backstage with everyone else who had no part in the match or even knew what was happening.

  • @larewwedxhhh19 HHH knew what was going to happen. he was in on it from the beginning...he admits it on his dvd

  • @simont1984 Lawl, well I didn't watch it I guess.

  • @larewwedxhhh19 i think maybe HHH was a booker at this time?

  • @brokeutopian She thought he was in on it. since he was shawns best friend

  • @mohammed110 you see him walking the way he's walking at the end of the video

  • in the shawn michaels dvd.heartbreak and triumph.hbk, triple h and vince were in vinces office throwing around ideas.some silence came then hunter said.fuck him.if he(meaning bret) wont do business with him u do business for him.then vince said alright and that was the plan but vince told both of them no matter what happens u deny it and it all had to be on vince

  • karma got hbk good . his life fell apart before he found god.

but nothing happened to hunter, he should have suffered too

  • HHH is a fucking piece of shit and overated, HHH would lose to Owen and Bret in real life he is lucky they let him beat him and HHH should have never been champion of any kind and I wanna pile dive him through a table.

  • Why don't you get a life??? Triple H would kick your ass!!! Personally I think the whole "Montreal Screwjob" was the right thing to do! Bret needed to be let go, so since he wouldn't agree to the right thing, they decided to do it anyway!!! HHH didn't even know about it! Shawn, Vince and Earl did! And this whole situation was before Shawn found God, and Vince let his Major Ego go!

  • Sorry, gang..I still say this was the biggest hoax or "work" in wrestling history. Look into the story more and you'll see it doesn't all connect.

  • shawn knew..

  • karma got HBK good cause 2 monthes later his career was gone thats y u dont lie to god ladies and gentlemen. I think HHH was telling the truth about he had no idea about it.

  • Hart's wife is stroking out!

  • shawn had prods befor this and he got help so technically he became a saint

  • @ElWiiTard this comming from a man who is really starting to sound like he lives with his mommy

  • what is the point of bret returning now (2010) when he can't wrestle anymore.

  • @Mirpuria agree haerdout!!!

  • @ElWiiTard bret came bac cause hbk askd vince 2 cause he wanted to iritate him bret jus so hapend to trik vince and won at wm26 vince has a plan to do smthin to bret thats y he made him gm yesterday it jus so hapend that vince said i hope ur ending is good and we now he dont mean dat so that explains y he wus hirde and quite frankly the pepl sem 2 enjoy when pepl retrn. p.s. i only realy wach raw whn i hav da tim 2 what do you mean pepl lik me i wudnt wach raw if a dog was champ

  • @ElWiiTard actually its still being talked about to this very moment so maybe you havent been with the 411 for a while i did my homework and this storyline and hulk hulgon beating andre the giant are two very popular storylines in the wwe and they will probably go down in history you should really do your homework or youll get an f in wwf/e history

  • Comment removed

  • @ElWiiTard the bottom line is that bret got screwed he got his revenge and now hes the gm of raw point blank and period

  • all hbk did was aply the sharpshooter the ref shud have had enug since 2 get on the mat and wach bret cause i now and u as wel now that bret dint tap out vince wudnt make him gm of raw for sorrow

  • @xxlegacykiller4 you think wrestlings real huh

  • 1:27 - HHH swearing to God...LMFAO!!! He was in on this mess, too, and has the balls to "swear to God" that he knew nothing.

  • i seen this one befor not cool bart hart is the man

  • bret could have way better then this ugly piece of douche. he should have just said fuck it and married sunny

  • brets back bitches.

  • vince didint screw bret shawn didint screw bret earl hebner screwed bret lol bret sucked any ways all he ever did was bitch and complian i was glad to see him get srewed

  • Wow, I didn't know Vince McMahon had the courtesy of bending you over a desktop with a keyboard while he was sodomizing your ignorant little ass.

Vince McMahon was scared at the time, and he reacted in a way that was very desperate and unfair. The facts that Bret had continuous denied offers from WCW that offered him way more than what Vince could afford back then. Vince had implored Bret to go to WCW because he couldn't uphold his contract. Got it now you stupid little fuck?

  • @ScentlessApprentice7 mother fucker i watched bret in wwf for a long time and all he ever did was bitch and complain i was glad when he left and i could finally watch wwf without that whinney little bitch bret hart and i think it even gayer how he tried to make a comeback at his old ass age so in bret sucked in of story bang bang have a nice day

  • @qwejijq bret hart was the greatest wrestler to ever live, period, no one compares to him, you just have to watch one of his matches to know what wrestling is about, but dont worry, only people who love the sport could see that, i wouldnt expect u to

  • @BUMBUMFLAG brets matches were just plain out boring to me now a good wrestler was mickfoley his mathes always entertaind me bang bang have a nice day

  • @qwejijq fuck you, Bret was the excellence of execution. Foley was NOT. lol. However Foley was god. Bret was just the best. they way he did his wrestling really isnt comparable to make cutting open funk with barbed wire.

  • @qwejijq no dude, foley wasnt a good wrestler, he was a stuntman, now dont get me wrong i love foley, but he wasnt a good wrestler, he was entertaining to watch but if u watch hart against mr perfect or against the davey boy smith u can really apreciate the pure wrsetling talent over the high flying acrobatics or the ott storylines

  • @qwejijq u my friend suck

  • @freshman5000 no no no my friend bret crybaby hart sucks

  • @BUMBUMFLAG Curt Hennig was the best talent Shawn Michaels was the best performer The Undertaker was the best persona and Bret Hart called himself the best

  • @ScentlessApprentice7 you know shit

    shit=nothing jicydk

  • They didn't show the part where Bret Hart punched Vince McMahon in the face

  • it was shawn for gods sakes hhh got shit cuz he was shawns only friend, or at least one of his obnly friends in 97!

  • Funny thing is that the referee (Hebner) could have just went to WCW at the time instead of agreeing to help screw someone, then in the irony of all ironies, TNA hires Hebner! Wasn't TNA's main focus as an alternative to the so called bad business ways of WWE? Yet, Dixie Carter and Jeff Jarrett end up hiring the referee who agreed to help fix a match. What the hell??? Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

  • please Triple H is Family...His wife used to have Andre the Giant Pick her up when she was a child in his bare hand!!! They were all in on it!! Money is the Root of all Evil!! The Power is all Vince and Family!

  • why did Vince screwed Bret? Vince is a jerk!

  • Triple H is a total asshole. He kissed ass all the way 2 the top. I don't have any respect 4 him espeacially after reading Bret's book. Finding out how him and Shawn wanted 2 keep The Rock from becoming a star. He is a main reason why WWE is such garbage today.

  • Why would Bret Hart marry a butt ugly pig like that?

  • I like Triple H (Fan of his) for one reason.(wether it was scripted or not) He stood in the ring and told the audience "I don't care if you cheer for me. I don't care if you boo me." He went on to say that he was there for WWF championship, to be the best. and so on. When he said all that, I had MORE repsect for him than before because he basically told the fans "Fuck you! I'm not gonna kiss your ass like The Rock, Stone Cold, and everyone else who plays to the crowd".

  • @CoHScrapper He said what his boss told him to say....IT'S ALL FAKE, STUPID...WAKE UP!!!!!

  • @farawayreach

WHOA! WHOA! Calm down there, Billy! No need for the caps. And not all of it is. Plus, if you actually read my comment you'd see I pointed out "scripted or not". Storylines (to a degree), match out-comes, all that's fake. no shit! You, and every other douche bag, sound like a bunch of broken-fucking-records that nobody cares to listen to with your cries of: "It's fake!" I've actually met and some of these superstars and I know 1st hand that not all of it is "fake" as you claim.

  • @farawayreach

You're a dumbass. Please keep your mouth closed about things you obviously DON'T KNOW SHIT about. I'm a MMA fighter. I was once trained by AL SNOW in ground-grappling. So I know from personal perspective not all of it is fake. Yeah, go ahead, you go and tell the "Human Suplex Machine" Tazz that his neck injury is fake and see what happens. As CoHScrapper pointed out: NOT ALL OF IT IS FAKE!!! Why don't YOU "WAKE UP!!!!!"

  • @JJMcKnight26 You said that your a MMA fighter, but why you don't have any videos or any kind of proof to prove it? I like to watch some MMA and when I go to your page there's no videos you've made to backup your comment at all. I'm not trying to start anything but you don't have to lie to yourself pal.

  • @JJMcKnight26 You were trained by AL SNOW? Awesome, you'll be the greatest jobber in UFC history! Maybe you could try hitting Fedor Emelianenko with a mannakin head?

  • what the hell is the montreal screwjob wat happened

  • @TheRhymeassassin23 bret hart was leaving to wcw and he wanted to win the wwf title in his home town so vince told the ref when shawn puts in the sharpshooter on ring the bell so shawn can win

  • just askin does anyone else remmber wendi ritcher's screw job??? but anyway that suchs what vince did prick

  • Homo Hunter and HBGay are terrible liars. I knew they both knew what went on. It wasn't just Vince that screw Bret they all played a part with Vince as the leader. Julie should have beat Hunter's ass.

  • Was this on TV at the time it happened, or is a shoot?

  • @ZombieDavidBowie This wasn't on TV. Hart had a camera crew on him for his final year in WWF, and they filmed this.

  • @ARobb5 Thanks mate

  • Bret Hart is wrestling's biggest sellout. The Montreal screw job not withstanding he still goes back to the company that killed his brother.

  • Vince had to do what he had to do...PERIOD

  • HHH lied to Brets Wife...he knew and was part of it.

  • jesus christ ppl are stil; debating this...and as far as KARMA...Lol..riiiight no wonder brett cheated on his wife all those years, that bytch is a fking beast!

  • HHH is a pussy when his wife is in his face he had nothing to do with it.but on the HBK dvd all of a sudden he knew and was the one who told vince to do it.

  • hbk is a fuckin pussy

  • what goes around comes around, is that what happened to owen?

  • WWF i call tat t real fight in t world!!

  • Even though this was an issue between Vince and Bret alot of the wrestlers in HATED hbk for being apart of it not to mention the fact that he was on top and very cocky about it... So him breaking his back and being out for 4 years was KARMA like brets wife said whats goes around comes around... He was apart of screwing up brets career and he lost 4 major years of his.Triple h as well has had 2 major knee surgeries to which he lost time in his career never getting that rematch witch cena at mania

  • it's not Karma... wrestlers get injured ALL the time.

  • hhh`s name inst even hunter its paul

  • on tna the same ref said he scrued bret like 2 weeks ago

  • i think it was all vinces fault. Vince told the ref that bret tapped out and the ref didnt want to lose his job so he rang the bell. Triple h wasnt even in on it. i just want to know how did triple h know that there was something to be in on. bret's wife needs to shut her fat ass up because everyone knows that vince screwed bret not shawn screwed bret. If shawn would have known that vince screwed brett he would have restarted the match but he didnt so he couldnt whats bret wife prob she dnt fite

  • @xxlegacykiller4: Sorry to burst your bubble kiddo, but Triple H knew EXACTLY what was going to happen. Read HBK's book.

  • @xxlegacykiller4 Triple H did know about it and so did Shawn and the ref but you just do what the boss says

  • @xxlegacykiller4 c'mon think of the emotional state she was in, Hunter is a prick in real life anyway he was calling lillian a horse face, he is a funny face but an asshole
