Chet Baker performed this song on the album 'Let's Get Lost', which was the soundtrack to a movie of the same name. The album is also sometimes known as "Bread, Butter and Champagne". I'd suggest trawling through a torrent of his discography off demonoid.me or somewhere. Hope this helps :)
