  • @soProSexy yes brooooooooo you can i did...i haven't got a single double jointed joint in my body lol,i just said if i dont make my arms go around with the towel in 2 weeks im leavin it and practices every day for like 2 hours and done it within a week,now i can do it with both arms quite freely at 4 weeks almost ready to do without the towel.

  • @XDFaTbOyOnAbiKeDX Bonebreaking is pretty much extreme stretching. That's why its also called Flexing. Once you do these Bonebreaks a couple of times, your body will become flexible enough for this to feel natural. In short, no it won't hurt. Once you get use to it, it will be normal to you.

Like 2 hours or 20 mins a day..Cause i should say i poped my shoulder the first time i saw the video i was repeating the stuff you were doing..it's been 2 days and i think there is a 20 cm between my arms for now (with bandana)..

  • Ugh even if you can do it with the bandana the second you go for the fingers it gets like 1000x harder. And hurt is an understatement... honestly I thought getting kicked by my friend in the hip when he was doing flares hurt. This hurts a hell lot more than that. :X

  • this is probably a stupid question but is your shoulder meant to hurt more than your elbow because i feel no pain in my elbow but more in my shoulder???

  • @Conoro2010 shoulder pains are a lot more frequent then elbow pains because of the wide variety of motions that it's capable of performing. plus, you have arteries and nerves that run through the articulation which can be compressed by the musculature or even the clavicle (collar bone).

    just make sure that you warm up and stretch before you perform your bone breaking exercises.

    look at part one and do those stretches everyday

    trust me you are not going to get it during the first day thats why you need to stick with it, it might take a week, a few weeks, or even a month, hell maybe even 2 or more months

    the most important thing is that you never give up

I've asked and found out that they aren't double jointed, how do they do that? could you please make a tutorial on it?

  • @FunkyP0PP3R1 Salah is the reason why I danced in the first place. I'm a fan of both pacman and salah though. Salah is double jointed you can just tell when he does do it. Pacman is like me he bonebreaks just like the rest of us. He uses his left arm..it's possible to go straight back like that to make it look natural but it takes practices and flexibility. Way to start is to bonebreak with both arms. I tried but its too much work..
