  • It`s not about long life...?

  • He said he covered the temperature..... Temperature of what? Is raw food cooked???

  • @hypnos315 he might be referring to dehydrating. dehydrating at low temperatures (less than 115~ degrees F) is considered raw because it doesn't kill the enzymes.

  • You've really helped make a lot of things click with food, I'm already vegan but I think I'm going to transition to raw veganism now. :)

  • Awesome!

  • You had me hooked on this series after the first one and it keeps getting better. I love your energy :-) thank you for sharing

  • Ah! Love this. clarity joy calmness yes.

  • Our bodies are experiencing yet another part of the Great Illusion, we live in a very dark age where the truth is hidden from us, and what better place to hide the truth then right in front of us . By having altered our way of thinking (Our thinking patterns),

the ones controlling this world have insured half of their victory in this War, since (Knowing) is half the battle.

When you become aware of the Great Illusion, you'll come to know that everything really is contrary to what you thought.

  • whaaat... 4:06 your mum works much better when she does a cleanse

  • wait i didnt exactly get it, you eat once a day?

  • Bee pollen? That's not vegan... Neither is honey. I'm sorry. You should probably research more on the topic because bees ARE harmed.

  • good hammm george

  • Hello its joy to hear what you have to say,,

  • Anyone want to be beautiful, they should have raw vegan diet. it's awsome!!!

  • today is my first day!!!! yaaay! so happy

i have not cleanse yet tho, i am going to cleanse in december.

  • Thanks for this, you look so healthy and full of light. Re: bee pollen some vegans have it some don't. It depends on people's perspective. In fact generally in the raw community you are going to find that the food list vary. It's such a unique diet and lifestyle and people can adjust it to suit their body's needs. Because we are all unique. That is what I love about it.

  • be pollen - thought you were vegan?

    or am I confused?

    peace

    great vids

  • some vegan eat it.

    its not bad at all

  • wow ty this is really beautifully constructed

you come across very calm and real

i am very into the ultimate om backround sound too

    love you

  • You mention bee pollen for smoothies. Is bee pollen vegan?

  • i'm not entirely sure but my understanding is that bee pollen comes from flowers and the bees just collect it. i don't think bees are harmed in the process of humans collecting it in turn from them, but i would not be too stoked if they were harmed. honey is another product that wouldn't be considered vegan. it's essentially bee puke. but if honey is collected with integrity and care, it doesn't harm the bees and it's a nutritious sweetener. if something feels ok in the heart i think its legit.

  • I am god

  • is that the "aum" CD that you stole from me playing in the background?? anyway, great follow-up video. where did you get the camera?

  • aren't you happy it's in good hands? my sister has a little webcam. i'm gonna do way more stuff, i think.

  • Hey bro, it's he queen of MSG. First of all you are so dam cute. If you had any meat on your bones i would eat you. Secondly that was really awsome. I hope more people see it. Thanks for what your trying to do. It's so great to keep spreading the word. As a Vegan cooked fooder I will be joining my husband on his Raw diet Tomarrow. Yeah. Hugo has been raw for a month and a half. So either way I love you and you rock......peace

  • With that being said, I don't have any support for raw diet, but I'd never give it up. I used to be very sick and discovered raw food because traditional medical solutions offered no hope. Now I have no need for the doctors, drugs and uncontrollable over eating. I save so much money, people keep saying 'Ain't organic produce expensive?' I tell them that I spend money on what keeps me healthy and not on poor food, sickness and disease treatments.

  • sounds like yer on top of it. Joy and Love to you!

  • Good for you!! :)

  • I've discovered that when I went mostly raw. Very eye opening. I used to be one of the Cooked Fooders. The Cooked Fooder acts very sickly with a lot of brainwashed notions. Constantly getting sick, taking drugs, going to the doctor and bitching about ailments. They have little respect for others. They believe all the propaganda that they see on TV and receive from their doctors and any opposing view is radical, hippy and just outright wrong.
