I just got robbed by Paypal today! This DEADBEAT loser (ebay name stkwireless) bought not one but TWO 32" flatscreen televisions from me. AFTER I shipped them out he emails me saying, "I ordered the wrong model...sorry about that! I'm just going to refuse the delivery." I told him sorry, but I do not accept returns, as stated in my eBay ad. That motherfucker refused the packages so I was charged not only for the original shipping but the return shipping as well! $154 and Paypal backed him!
Due to Paypal's 21 day hold policy, are you have to do is first, buy on eBay, let's say a nikon camera for $5,000.00. Ask for a tracking number. Then as soon as you get the tracking number while they ship it, file a dispute by stating you didn't authorized the transaction for this product. Then PayPal will reverse it for you and you will get your money back, and guess what??? You get the camera for free!!! Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-D
how interesting this same thing happened to me...i sold my laptop to some one in the "phillipeans" (i know thats misspelled)...now i owe paypal 558 bucks...wtf..
Do you want to be successful in your life ? I have a creat oportunity for you if your intrested in money making. Watch my video. If you got any question's just PM me, i will help. Thanks
A buyer can chargeback any item fuckpal will screw you oven in a heartbeat. Never sent item till your funds have transfered to your bank then ship. In case there is a chargeback you will just be neg then close that bank account and file a claim with your bank to not charge your account. BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TRY TRY AGAIN TO GET IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT for that scam chargeback buyer.
I sold a virtual item for $5. Buyer confirmed item was received. Paypal limits account because of possible fraud. LOL. Their bot programs are working overtime? Who would fraud $5????
my case is not even $5.00 I sold one coupon for 89 cents and paypal hold the money for 180 days just for "security reason" no more comment from paypal. what they parroting is "that's our policy" oh yeah right. suck my duck.
Had a 100% pos rating on ebay, was making good money, then paypal limited my account, I did everything they wanted, but because I had an old account on file, I could not verify my social, when I told paypal that someone tried using my info for an account years ago they emailed me back saying my appeal was denied and they are parting ways with me and my 50 bucks would be held for 180 days!. How can EBAY allow this to happen when they own paypal! Don't they want to make money on auction sellers?
Paypal is classified as a Deposit Broker by the government, and they've tried very hard not to get regulated as a bank. As a Deposit Broker, they don't have to give the interest back to the original owner of the account. Unlike a bank, you are insured, regulated and earning interest. Paypal's so-call "insurance" doesn't mean anything, because as a company Paypal can change their polity at any time, just like they did with the new 21 day hold on the payment.
Ebay won't let some sellers accept US Postal money orders only , it does not matter that you worked for 51 all 100% positive feedback and are a trusted seller. The only reason for forcing Paypal on a seller is to draw interest for 21 days. A sellers only way to protect there interest is to leave Ebay/Paypal.
Paypal/ Ebay are securing illegal 21 day loans on stolen property from the sellers.Seller cannot leave buyer negative feedback .They are forcing sellers to accept paypal, auction item $1,300.00 loose $100.00 in fees between PAYPAL/EBAY ,they draw interest by holding funds 21 days .They have nothing to loose but sellers do .Ebay complains shipping too high but what about there fees. Refund paypal pymts an get outta there .
if the paypal payment is from a confirmed address it should be ok,i refused an unconfirmed paypal payment and sent it back, within an hour the buyer sent me a confirmed payment, the buyer originally tried to pay me with a credit card which i refused then the second time paid me with funds from their bank account which i accepted
Sold two items on Ebay to a buyer, buyer received items and very happy with them. Six days after Ebay tells me to ship items funds have been reversed and taken out of my account. Numerous E-mails, phone calls to PayPal and buyer with buyer saying they payed for items, PayPal claims its the buyers fault. Bottom line seller has no protection for buyer reverse scams. BEWARE!
I agree I got ripped off over $100 from these thieves, I sent a scammer his money back because his account wasn't verified then because I didn't use the "refund link" GAYPAL reversed the original transaction so the scammer got twice his money back...I wish someone could figure out a way to put them out of business....they FUCKING SUCK!
paypal steals money from people. you can go to your internet browser, type ebay sucks on the search page and you will find out too many media/tv coverage about them and how paypal employess have stolen people's money from their paypal accounts
If you keep tracking info and send everything requiring a signature and insure it, and keep your postal info you will be ok.. Also when a transaction comes in ship it right away with tracking info at paypal, they have not bothered me yet with 80-500 transactions but I'm sure they will find away, I had another account closed with 50 in it. Don't let your accounts build up past $200, keep sending your money to your bank account and keep your postal info. Then you can prove you sent your items.
@roulettebankroll You can have tracking numbers signatures up the wazoo, but, up to three months later, if buyer says item was not described accurately or some other bull crap, paypal told me they will reverse the charges.
Paypal stole my money. $1000+ locked in the account for NO REASON. Paypal agent couldn't tell me an answer, said it can be anything from "age" to whatever. They never answer your questions directly but continues to lock your money collecting interest on it. They said they'll free your money after 180 days but if you read stories online, they WILL lock it after 180 days. All they do is send you an e mail saying "sorry we've decided to keep it locked". What the fuxk???
Murder is still illegal and so is fraud or theft regardless what pay pals fine print says if they are doing these things mentioned they are breaking other laws their agreement cant not supersede. They are fucked once justice catches up with them.
Terms of service can be found illegal in court. Illegal contracts or TOS can be repealed and sued in a court of law; I can't put in my fine print of an agreement
1. By signing this you agree for me to murder you, that won't fly in court when I use it as a defense in court as to why I killed you.
im planning to sue PayPal. Your response caught my attention. They suspended my account without any valid reason. But i signed the agreement because i thought: " as long as i dont do anything wrong and illegal i shouldnt be in trouble right? " wrong. they suspended my and is holding my $ 1,084.64 dollars hostage and wont release it in 5 months without interest....
