What this cancer does and what makes it one of the most horrendous ways to die is it destroys this lining and gradually suffocates the individual. It's incredibly aggressive and fatal 99.9% of the time. Warren lived his life on his terms and died that way as well knowing that he had a death sentence and deciding to smoke again. I know because I was privileged enough to be one of the nurses who helped him during the end stages of the disease.

The number of people who inhaled the dust cloud afterwards is staggering. 30 - 40 years down the road they may start paying for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
