The title comes from the name of a comic book that one of the characters in the film creates. It's about an alternate universe. The movie is wonderful.

@007rasm ColeDaven's answer is probably better than mine, but i think the title "Rabbit Hole" refers to this couple's life since their child died. They live like a rabbit in a hole. Kind of separated from the real life, alone in the house, not living a normal life.

So its about how they deal with the emotional trauma that comes with that, and the kid in the end talking about the other you's is the kid that ran over their child. Its a really good story based of a play, I'm betting its going to be really good.
