Great fights. Gotta hand the title to Domi, though. First, punches landed by Ray AFTER his equipment comes off don't count; punches by Ray to the back of head don't count, as Domi is working for position, not ducking. When you count direct, face to face punches that connect, I see the count as Domi 8, Ray 3 with 2 draws.

The story goes Rob Ray and Tie Domi used to be roommates. They got into a heated argument one day and beat the shit out of eachother in their room, which started this long fued. Easily the best nhl player feud in NHL history.

@Geisteskranken Rob Ray isn't a "little bitch." But I do disagree with his stripper routine. I've been in many hockey fights. The trick is to grab, twist and tighten the sweater rather than just yank away. So most of the blame is on Domi for not being more skilful. No matter, Ray was the better of the two (sans gloves). Rob's version of "Tie-down" had nothing to do with a nylon strap sewed to the inside of his sweater. (applause) Thanks, folks. I'll be here all week. Please tip your bartender.

Domi landed like three or four punches right on the face everytime they fought, besides, Ray didnt take his jersey off, Domi stripped him out of it and they rubbed his face with it while punching him on the face!

I grew up in NF, and i watched the 3rd fight happen live....i love razor and the sabres with all i have...but when he started to set his jersey to come off so easily, it was kind of cheep, not a hockey fight....but i loved seeing domi get it handed to hiim so many times....LETS GO BUFFALO!!!

Great fights. Gotta hand the title to Domi, though. First, punches landed by Ray AFTER his equipment comes off don't count; punches by Ray to the back of head don't count, as Domi is working for position, not ducking. When you count direct, face to face punches that connect, I see the count as Domi 8, Ray 3 with 2 draws.

The greatest thing about Ray and Domi, they both put on a great show, and once they step off the ice, they are probably enjoying a beer together. I miss these fights. The anticipation....Love these guys and their scraps! =) Best hockey ever!
