I am wondering which country is going to put the money into this project. I don't think Vietnam has enough finance for this project. Just because most of the major projects are/were invested by other countries; such as the My Thuan bridge by Australia, and the Long Thanh Int'l Airport by Japan, and etc. Well, I guess maybe South Korea can invest into this project.
