  • Funny...I watched this film to see if it was anything like the video game on NES I grew up with. What a contrast between Movie and NES game lol.

  • 0:38 little nemo must have woken up with some morning wood after that.

  • Beautiful end, I just remember this part of the film!

  • @kittylcatl91 same here

  • Ah, I'm a 17-year old girl from Finland and I have seen this movie in Finnish - obviously - and it was so good! And yeah, I pretty much have the same story like everyone else = "I finally found this movie after so many years!" Ah I think that they should definitely make more movies like this. Animations, goddamnit. And I mean, is there anything scarier than that nightmare king?! Seriously! Like one of the scariest things I've ever seen. And it's still scary! A great movie, I love it.

  • I hope One day Nemo can return to Slumberland!!!

  • wow, I had this movie recorded from Tv. I can't believe how much they cut out! all the parts that made me cry here were cut from the movie I watched. Must find on DVD!

  • A+

  • I watched this as a kid so long ago! The train scene was the part that scared me so bad. Now I live right next to a train. Funny how irony seeps into life. I wish they still animated cartoons like this! It's what got me into drawing.

  • BEST DREAM EVER!!!1!!!!!1!!!!11

  • Haven't seen this movie since I was nine or ten, brings back memories...and Flip was and still is my favorite character. <3

  • Thank you for this amazing movie!

  • i love this movie soooo much i used to watch it daily as a kid. Lol the outro still knocks me out. :)

  • thank you for uploading this i have not seen it scents i was young . it is such a great movie

  • they need to remake this movie

  • After looking at all the comments throughout this series (including my own), it's funny to see that many of us are actually less mature than when we first saw this. XP

  • I spoke some things wierd before. xD

    * second

    * And I meaned "I" not "and" in the meaning "And don't remember.."

    I meant "I don't remember.."

  • Heh, I remeberd this movie but my mom ever beilved that I have seen that, just cuz i didn't rememberd it very well. I was maybe seven year old when I first and scond time watch it? And dont remember, I was young anyway.

And now after all this years I look at it again. ;3

  • i'm pretty sure the statue of liberty at that time was bronze

  • Best dream inside a dream inside a dream ever!

  • damn! i remember seeing this on disney channel back in 92.

  • you know what? I don't really hate flip that much.. i mean, he's a guy with some attitude problems, but he never wanted to hurt anyone, he's just mischievous...

  • haven't seen this since i was like 5 or 6, and at 23 I still enjoy it

  • The Princess goes to kiss him, Nemo just grabs her "After all that I want more than a kiss bitch!"

  • longest wet dream ever

  • Holy crap this brings back so many memories. Thanks for the upload ;)

  • I'm pretty sure some parts were missing from this...

  • @xxRA9D0llxx That's what I'm thinking too..but it's been so long....i can't remember....but it felt too short

  • Dude, I want a flying squirrel pet too now. :D

  • nostalgic.

one of my favorites as a kid

although alot of scenes in this version werent on my vhs copy

  • @R0bDobolina A total of 15ish minutes were cut from the theatrical version for VHS... don't know if that was the doing of Hemdale Film Corporation (you know them best as the company that helped fund The Terminator, after they were bought by MGM, the rights to Little Nemo went to TMS), or the review board for the home video release.

  • i can't believe how many people know this movie. the only people i know that have seen it are me, my sister and my brother. we used to watch it all the time growing up. really one of my favorite childhood movies.

  • Thanks for uploading this movie needlenose. I really wanted to watch this movie for a long time. I watched this when I was very little and I really enjoyed it.

Again, thanks for the upload. ;D

  • i cant tell u how happy i am now that i saw this movie again for the first time in 15 years...it made me cry from the memories. great movie with a great story that we all remember. THANK YOU SO MUCH. they dont make them like this anymore.

  • @ito2789 I haven't seen this movie in awhile either.

  • Thanks for uploading this movie. Epicness!

  • keep your promises liers!!

  • I'm surprised at all of these sexual comments here. Does every innocent thing in the world just HAVE to be turned into some immature disgusting teenage joke?!?!? Mother of MERCY!

  • @DisneyBlackJet Well, what did you expect, it's not as if the adult makers of the movie aren't letting subconscious influences in, either. HELLO, SCEPTER? :D *anthropologist*

  • I make that face when I wake up sometimes :P

  • They should have ended it with them at the circus, and nemo sees Camille. Camille smiles and waves at Nemo, and Nemo runs over to her. And the movie fades to black. THE END!!!

  • 0:36 he like WHAT THE FUCK I THOUGHT YOU WERE LESBO!?!/!?!

    0:39 he got a boner.

  • I can't even start to count the amount of time I dreamt of kissing my dream girl only to wake up in utter disappointment.

  • Watched this movie as a child, still like it, but now i actualy know what those names mean. Nemo: no body. So he's a "little no body" or does it mean that he is a no body like all of us and that Nemo is all of us? Kind of cool huh? Ichorus: lord of the sky. Nice name for a flying squaral. Morphius: bringer of change. Good for the guy who changes Nemo's life and for the guy destened to find "the One". Camille or Camilla is Daughter to a king in roman mythology and that is as far as it go's here.

  • Nemo is 5 years old... and already got the girl.... he's my hero

  • I liked this movie. Thanks for uploading.

  • Funny, Where were his parents in the dream.... no wait that's Wizard of Oz.... nvm

  • Thanks needlenose.(x100,000,000)

  • Woah. I swore at the end, the princess and the king ended up being real people in the carnival he went to. But they never even showed going to the carnival.

    Odd memory I have.

  • @iamahomosexualmale You're probably thinking of the part at the beginning when he sees them at the circus parade.

  • SINGALONG!

  • To be honest, I just watched this movie. I see nothing wrong with it. The acting was good most of the time. The songs were able to get stuck in your head, my favorite being the one when he learns to be a prince. The animation is awesome. The writing could do with a little work, but watching it now, as a 16 year old, this has to be one of my favorite movies. The reason I watched it was because it caught my interest after I watched the Nostalgia Critic's review. The review is funny.

  • 0:22 NUGH?

  • Thank you||

  • Oh I love this movie .

  • begs me the question, WHY THAT KID HAS A FLYING SQUIRREL AS A FRIEND?

maybe it will be explained in a future prequel, where Nemo and his human friend, Icarus fought some douche-bags in their dreams, and the bad guys escaped their dreams and turned Icarus into a flying squirrel forever, and Nemo destroyed one of the bad guys, the other bad guy escaped and turned into the nightmare king.

  • At least he got the girl to give him a kiss. Poor Link ain't got nothing on this kid.

  • @Supergamesniper9 if that kid had 5 more years, it would be porn.

  • @Supergamesniper9 just sucks for him it WAS a dream. There was no "seeing the girl again at the circus" so that you know he still had her later. it was just a kiss and wake up, and mom wondering why you're so smiley. I felt bad for him ,but as a child, I dunno what I always remembered from childrens movies as a child was the kiss and for some reason Little Nemo's kiss stood out in my mind the most, 2nd to an American Tail. Now as im older I wonder why I was so intrigued as a kid by it.

  • I can see that this movie didn't really work out as a movie in general. Yet... it's so god damn nostalgic for me! T_T

I think it's a great "kids" movie. There's nothing really harmful or TERRIBLE about it. It's quite easy and entertaining for a child who doesn't understand more complex stuff. It's also scary as HELL on some parts. (for a kid)

  • lol, I use to be afraid of this movie but loved it as a kid. Now I just love it. ^^

  • :45 morning wood

  • 0:45

    Nemo's first boner.

  • *sigh* This is the first time I watched the whole movie through in a very long time. Thank you so much for posting this, and bringing back so many people's childhood memories!

  • Ahh... waking up with big smile....

Begening of wet dreams..... hints the huge water fall

  • Oh my god, I only remembered that I'd seen this movie thanks to the NC, and I'm so glad I rediscovered it! as a student going into animation, it's comforting to finally figure out where some of my influences came from. I had been drawing nightmareland without even remembering where I'd seen it :)

  • I love how the credits list the animators first. C: Those guys rock, this was an amazing piece of art they created.

  • CUTEST MOVIE EVER!

  • 8 people had nightmares.

  • Haha I remember watching this movie when I was younger and it scared the bahjesus out of me! But now after finishing it years later, this is a pretty good movie! Hahaha!

  • OOMMJESUSS!!1 THE LAST TIME I SAW THIS I WAS LIKE 4 OR 5 YEARS AND NOW I'M 18!! OMG I'M SO HAPPY! :') THANKS FOR DOWNLOADING IT AJAJAJA! do you have one that was called something of and adventure in central park? it was also of my favorite movies and I have been looking for it for years.

  • @mashisee might you be talking about a troll in central park?

  • @ReadingIsForQueers yes! thank you! :D

  • I have been looking for this movie for YEARS! You know how when your a kid and you only remember certain things? Well for me I remembered the upside down room and the airplanes int he room and that's all i had to go off of for this movie. I just happened to look at page master on amazon and saw the title and i jumped for joy when i found it :D thank you so much needlenose for posting this .

  • The last time I saw this movie was 15 years ago. I thought it was badass then. Now looking at it, this is still one of the best movies ever created.

  • I think Nemo is still in Slumberland at the end. Everyone lives in a 3000+ square foot home haha.

  • Yay I just watched the whole film! Oh, the memories!!

I'm surprised by the quality of the animation, it was great. Many other films I remembered from my infancy turned out to be not so great when I saw them again (for example: Time Bandits) but this was even better!

  • I remember watching this when I was like four and hiding my face at my older brother's shoulder during the terrifying scenes... Very special film for me. I was afraid it would turn out to be bad and I would be bitterly disappointed, but - I'm happy! The plot is interesting, the artwork is great (and not as manga-style as I feared), morals are right (I love stories than turn children's dilemmas into big adventures!), great for kids and it does stand up to my memories...

    Thank You, Needlenose.

  • This is totally an anime! Look at all those Japanese names! What was all that talk about some American directing this film!

  • Wait, he was American? I so totally thought he was from Britain. His accent didn't fit, but..... ye know what? Never mind.

  • I had a WONDER.. ful... time...

    Haha English dubs!

  • I loved how when the teachers started singing, Nemo gets a priceless look of wtfery on his face and SLOWLY BACKS AWAY...XD Even in a dream I must admit, I would run like hell if people started SINGING.

  • How to get your first kiss at 7 years old?

  • Princess: "I had a wonderful time....... goblins pulling me down, carying me in the sky to a nightmare castle, water sucking me down in a boat, oh and watching a bloby monster swallow my dad in a party..."

  • this ending pissed me off all i can think of is the speech in miss lippy's class from billy madison "whoa whoa whoa whoa, miss lippy, the part of the story i don't like is the boy gave up looking for happy after an hour. he didn't put posters up or anything he just sat on the porch like a goon and waited... that little boy needs 2 think u got a pet, u got a responsibility if ur dog is lost u dont look 4 an hour and call it quits, u get ur ass out there and u find that fucking dog!"

  • how much cocaine has pops had by the time he gets to nemos bedroom, his head AFLAME with thoughts of the circus!?

  • 1:35

    did Icarus just bark?

    WAT

  • Fifteen years later, I thought this movie might be a little less trippy. Nope. Still trippy as balls.

  • is he really leonardo dicaprio as a boy because there was some inception in play in this movie.. i think hes in limbo

  • He went in as a boy and left as a man......Now let's all go to the circus!

  • It would have been awesome if the scepter was still in his room somewhere.

It was all a dream! Or was it???

  • Inception plus Alice in Wonderland! BUAHGUHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This kind of makes me think of Alice in Wonderland or something.

Anyway, still a pretty good movie. Not as batshit scary as it was when I was little, but still good.

  • nemo got a kiss but his best friend got boobies xD

  • Rofl, I googled flying bed takes boy to different world. xD. It's been many years since I have seen it but I thought he went back to slumberland in the end ;.;. Seeing as he just dreamed it all is kinda depressing xD....But I guess the acid gotta wear off sometime x]

  • 0:40

Mom: Chrono, Chrono... Wake Up Chrono. Ahh Leene's Bells Make Such Beautiful Music.... You were so excited about the Millennial Fair that you didn't sleep well, did you...? Well , I want you to behave yourself today! Let's get moving, now!

Whoever got this, you're epic :D

  • Still a good movie even after 15 years

  • Still a good movie.

  • Wait! When Princess Camille represents his mother... than who is his father? The nightmare king?

  • @MrRiffraff84

Most of the principle characters in slumberland (Morpheus, Camille, Flip, The Professor etc.) are seen as members of the circus in the beginning of the movie. As far as I saw, there were no counterparts for his parents.

  • @Magocracy I was just wondering because someone said Camille looks like a younger version of his mother. But meanwhile I remembered that there was a girl at the circus-parade wich gave Nemo a rose.

  • They leave Slumberland to go to.......... New York !!!??? This makes me very proud to be a New Yorker!

  • now i remember why i had a crush on Princess Camille when i wuz a kid

  • @Kev1n1o15 lmao

  • pffft if i was nemo. i would of totally tapped the princess before i got back home. woulda woke up wit wettness in my pant n that lil woody.

  • dance teacher had nice tits

  • Man, this movie was so trippy o.O but i guess thats why i remembered it for so many years~ I'm so glad i finally found it ^^ after years of asking other people if they remembered it, getting "your totally crazy" looks, and people telling me they have no idea what i'm talking about... i finally found it.. thank you anime parody of the inception trailer!

  • @HaruhiKasumi lol i just googled slumberland and i found it again. im also glad i found it again!!!

  • @thegrief13 geez i wish I had more sense to google that x.x I just kept googling "boy with flying bed movie" xD; but nonetheless, all of us here found it one way or another :3 so its all good~

  • @HaruhiKasumi weird!!!! i googled the EXACT same thing....

  • @chulagto7753 xD what a small world. Great minds think alike, eh? :D

  • @HaruhiKasumi of course!!! =]

  • pause at 5:23 lol

  • And the next year Gabriel Damon would go on the play the foul-mouthed Hob in RoboCop 2...

  • funny ass movie never thought i would laugh at this at 18yrs old i give this movie props

  • Icarus gets more than Nemo does.

  • @AkeemKN are you kidding me? Did you SEE the dance teacher?? hahaha :)

  • suddenly remembered a movie about a kid flying on his bed with a magic staff. this sure brings back the memory when first watched it when i was like 4 years old. thx for uploading this

  • Can't believe I saw this movie again. I freaking love Internet

  • I first saw this movie when I was about four. About three years ago I suddenly remember bits and prices of it, mostly how it seems like such an odd memory. Ironically, At one point I thought It was just multiple dreams I had priced together into some kind of false memory. Anyways few days ago I started to research it and came across the name. Found it on YouTube and the rest was history. Surreal really, odd the parts I remember and the major factor I completely forgot. Anyways, I really enjoyed

  • i would love to see him in the circus now..

Nemo : I know you! You´re the princess!

    Girl : ... What? XD

  • Nice!

  • Not even a single afterthought to the princess after he wakes up :P

  • @Ixillius which means he'll have massive i've seen you before deja vu, at the circus lol

  • Well needlenose, thank you for allowing possibly over 143,000 people to go back down memory lane with this movie

    ^^

  • 0:23 LOL HUH?

  • Random ending O.o lmao cute movie though! :3

  • 0:39 score!

  • This entire film was clearly one big inception to plant the idea in nemo's head that he was a boss.

  • oh, so this is why i wanted to make out with girls when i was 7. BEST DREAM EVER

  • "Icarus wake up! were going to the circus!!"

    "the circus?! oh boy!"

    "Dance at the window"

    EPIC!

  • ATTABOY NEMO! Just closes his eyes and takes his first kiss like a man! No weird looks. No shrugging. Just puckers up and goes with it. Bravo!

  • of course your squirrel can come, because we don't think thats weird at all that you have a pet squirrel with goggles lol what... says nemos parents

  • They're like what, 9? IF Nemo returns, it'll probably mean jack when he's old enoughl

  • Comment removed

  • Hard to imagine that's it's been like 18 years since I last saw this film. I could only remember vague things, some of which definately weren't in the film (like the Professor having a lab). Such a shame the movie doesn't get more attention, much less the original comic. Funny though, anyone else notice how the Nightmare King was much like the King of Darkness from Heart of Darkness? :D

  • i was 6 or 7 years old when i first watched this movie. something totally wierd reminded me of it all of a sudden. i watched it again and remembered how cute Icarus and the boomps were then how freaking ugly the nightmare king was. he was the king of my nightmares for a week after watching this movie then i realized hes like the devil on the mountain of fantasia whos a pain in the butt to kill in kingdom hearts. but still its a cute movie. boomp boomp

  • Comment removed

  • @AkuzakiRAGE Well, despite being an anime, it's based on an American comic so yes

  • @Dragonrider1227 But the Americans still have to get the Japanese to make their movies and games. They're the best.

  • Oh wow.. this movie sure takes me down to memory lane >_< mmmm I must have been 7-8 when I saw this... just wow. Thanks for the chance to watch it again, needlenose

  • Thanks for putting these up, I've been looking for years. I had nightmares about the nightmare land here as a kid and once recently too, and I just couldn't remember what it was called.:)

  • Cute movie. :) I remember seeing the box of this at rental stores when I was little but never watched it. Thank you for uploading this

Anyone else hope that when Nemo grows up he'll return to the Princess and rule Slumberland together... and maybe have little dream children XD

  • I remember watching this when I was about 8 or so. Freaking scared the living daylights out of me. It was even scarier than the last track on Fantasia with the devil in the mountain.

Aside from the roughly 2 weeks of nightmares it gave me back then, this is a pretty good movie.

  • Nemo?

    HUH??

    .....smooth nemo....smooth

  • @kissymissy08 hae this movie alot

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love how hurrying up equates to Nemo and Icarus dancing, lol :)

  • I wish more kid movies were like this!

  • 0:35 pause at the right moment it looks like on of those

    DO NOT WANT moments

  • @wiisportstars wow you dont get out much do you? kids do that all the time.

  • IT WAS ONLY JUST A DREAM-NELLY

  • just like any good dream, it end right as its getting good... fuck that noise

  • stupid childrens movie, really. walt disney rules!

  • i feared that movie would never end

  • WOW! Amazing story. I liked the princess a lot. She, Nemo, and Icarus are my favorite characters.

  • this kids dreams are EPIC.

  • So, does Nemo like, get lucky when he has a wet dream when he hits puberty? If so, I want to be the Dreammaster

  • "....of course Icarus, too. NOW HURRY UP"....his dad is a douche

  • Oh man, this takes me back. Great movie

  • i saw this when i was 8/9 years old. almost 19 years ago..

  • man i wish i could have dreams like this kid does, way better than any trip on drugs

  • i just had the weirdest fucking dream of my life... i will never be the same...

nah screw it, lets go to the circus!!!

  • that was a good movie

  • HOT DOG!!!! LOL

  • That was one epic dream Nemo had!!! Or was it?

  • @plantguy9

When Nemo becomes a teen, his girlfriend becomes a teen too and they will end up ruling the kingdom. Awesome. I think he should end up having dreams that will have similar references to Inception. Dah dah dah!

  • and of fucking course the dream ends as soon as hes about to kiss the girl. its always fucking like that.
