  • of course i do not doubt that hard work is still required, but roids giver a person a massive advantage - so clowns like the guy in this vid should make it clear that he got the big delts with a little help, as for those of us who choose not to use roids, we have to work even harder. the number one muscle builder is not protein, sleep, vitamins or any other supplement - it is roids. that dosent mean it is wrong to use them, but it is decieving to the general public.

  • dude i have no problem with testosterone boosters at all and hope you get the results, steroids too are safe if not abused. check out greg valentino vids al send you a couple of links very informative guy. my angle is that a frend of mine became huge but denied using steroids, ppl wud com upto him and he wud 'advise' them and love the attention, he jus 'forgot' to mention his use of steroids, he wud tell them everything from rooutines etc but not that. it came out he been on roids for last 10yrs

    ## b/c u want to isolate the muscle u are working to get the maximum benefits. u can get triceps when u isolate them. then, when u do tricep presses, for example, keep elbows in, otherwise you are working your triceps less and bringing chest into the workout.

  • well yes and no.. things like running might overal make him more tired being like this.. but can u imagine how light it is for him to lift household things... like perhaps.. when he cooks lifting a big pot of water its like a feather.. lifting weights.. and running and being normal pumped and toned is very healthy.. this excessive weight lifting is hard on the joints

  • if you wanna gain muscle.

    use lots of weight but not too much.

    use good form

    do high reps. like 12

    and maximum rest time around 2 minutes.

    its different for everybody.

  • Ya when you bring the bar down behind your kneck it creates a force that puts a lot of stress on your rotator cuff. Sure you feel it more but that is in part the pain from your rotators
