  • i'd kill to see this band live

  • The more I listen to Faraquet, the less interested I am in all other music.

  • Spaget ! hahaha

  • well, they actually have a four song EP which is part of a split CD with a band called Akarso, and it is as great as "View...", just maybe a bit lower fi. Well worth finding it though, and it is a bit tough to find. Don't think that material was put onto Anthology, although I'm not sure since I don't own it.

  • @tubefett all of their 4 songs on that split EP are collected in the Anthology.

  • Good stuff. I've got two CDs and never get bored.

One is the "The View From This Tower" and the other is the "Anthology 1997-98" - couldn't find anything else on Amazon etc. Is that all they've released?

  • @machnikr I believe so. Never boring is right.

  • holy shart

  • this band needs to play more shows and make more records.

  • devin is such a good guitar player its unreal

  • down in front

  • que banda dios :D

  • this band is iller than ill can get, so awesome.

  • God, this song is hot.

  • thank you faraquet for blessing us with your music.

  • what kind of guitar is that?

  • Gibson Les Paul Jr. double cut

  • are these guys still around? i loooove this album but i think somewhere they should have given a thanks/shoutout to king crimson

  • king crimson? are you serious? just because a band has a sense of music existing outside of 4/4 time doesn't mean that they have to listen to prog rock bands.

  • i'm not the only person to think this. (check their influences on the internet) if you are familiar with king crimsons work, ESPECIALLY during the early 80's, there is no way you can sensibly say that faraquet was not influenced by them. and no, it is not as simple as faraquet often not playing in 4/4. there are countless bands that sound nothing like crimson

  • @phantom5691 Saying Faraquet wasn't influenced by King Crimson is like saying ELO wasn't influenced by the Beatles.

  • @dashofchutmeg no. i said that they WERE influenced by king crimson...do people even read?

  • @phantom5691 this has really intrigued me, can you recommend any king crimson songs that sound like this? I never really gave them a listen but the idea that they influenced this makes me really want to get into them

  • @phantom5691 the singing style reminds me of belew at times

  • @phantom5691 Funny, I was thinking more like Crownhate Ruin, Hoover, Engine Down....

  • Gods among men.

  • I would actually say These Arms Are Snakes have riffs very comparable to Faraquet's.

    still, magical band.

  • loooove this song!!!

  • Such a good album. Glad Faraquet popped into my head.

  • that mans guitar abilities actually make me moist

  • oh my god im so happy that i saw this. i love faraquet

  • "opaaa..."

  • esse show foi bom demais!!

  • AWESOME!!!

  • Thank you so much for this!!!

  • Wow, thank you so much for putting this up, it has really made my day.
