  • That Is the way I used start My Motorcycle tie a rope behind a Car It works just fine until the rope gets tangled up In the front wheel and I go flying over the handle bars back In the early 70's Dirt Bikes had 80 Horse power.

  • good effort

  • hahaha that looks mental

  • 0:56 Psycho laugh :DD

  • F**king brilliant, the mans a genius, peg to peg stand on it and release if theres a problem. keep it short so less slack to go under your front wheeI.

I have never seen this one before but I will certainly remember it ;-)))

  • I love everything about off road riding. Even when these bits happen like it did to me two weeks ago. Your way is very interesting but quite spooky, it seems! Aloha!

  • haha, that looks scary! I've only seen 1 other way before, which was when Charlie Boorman got towed on dirt bikes in his "By Any Means" series. His tow line was routed between the forks (under headlight) then up to handlebars and wrapped round once and he held with hand. if he got into trouble he was to just let go of it.

  • LOL gotta love a yamaha.. So.. that was a smart effective way to tow. You realize you just taught people a good lesson? :P

  • Awesome video, thanks for posting, i didnt even thought it is possible. :)

  • A little scary at first, but looked like a clever way to do it.

  • clever work, towing a bike is generally horrible !!

  • I am packing a rope from now on.

  • clever way to tow! I also keep a strap in my tool roll for this purpose :)

  • depend on ya yamaha

  • Use bungie cords. Easy to store on the frame of the bike. Best of all when they snap or come off there is a good chance someone will get hurt,

  • Yes, another Spain video . I love you :D

  • why not go down a hill and do it?

  • Don't ever tie a tow strap to the brake rotor...

  • Nice to see you back!

    Yaaaaay *opening a beer bottle*

    Cheers!

  • reminds me of last weekend my friends bike quit and we had to pull and push it out by hand threw deep mud long hills. about 30km in the trail. Then the damn thing starts when i roll it down a dry hill.

  • @maddog2222 at the end of the trail of course like 1km away

  • That is awesomely effective! I have a funny scooter towing story : )

  • @AccidentalBroadcast i was in eco-mode ;)

  • @danmoto73 Bwaaaahahahahaaaa! Touche' DM, Touche'!..hahahaaa!

  • good idea. i once got towed on a dirtbike when i was back in highschool. the front bike had the rope tied round the subframe, and the rear bike had the rope tied round the handlebars. was okay until the rope slipped to one side, which pulled on the left hand side more, making it want to turn right. combine trying to keep the bike in a straight line, whilst trying not to fall off, and bump starting it at the same time = hilarity!

  • @moffat27 now i would have loved to have seen that on vid

  • Straps and cable ties the lightweight get out of jail cards.....lol

  • we used to push one another ,one leg on the saddle and push

  • @transdetendal yeah have done that before, never thought of tying the pegs before this, it works well

  • hehe that looked very interesting to do. Rather you than me mate!

Was nice to see the village again. Just shown it to my dad this and kept pointing out "thats where we chilled for the first night", and "up there and turn right and you get to THE BIG CHOP OF BEEF" haha, we still on for next year?! ;-P

  • @xanas7 yep definitely, i was thinking february again, what say you ?

  • @danmoto73 I'm in!

  • I'm kind of surprised you two didn't get pulled over by the police. Also surprised that the tow strap didn't come off and get wrapped up around the wheel. With my luck if i was doing this. Both of these things would happen.

  • @pulse0000 don't think i saw a copper all the time we were there, we were travelling at low speed so would have stopped fairly easily if anything had happened with the strap

  • Wow, that's good stuff. Let us know what the problem was mate!

  • @187Premises river crossing before hand, think it sucked too much water in

  • Good idea, better than walking. How did you break it?

  • @topbanana188 river crossing before hand, think it sucked too much water in

  • Haha great vid !

  • Nice vid like allways

  • Did a better job than Sven's attempt at towing a Bike lol :) no offense Sven ;)

  • Awesome way to do that, looked like it worked pretty comfortably. More footage from this trip for cryin' out loud!

  • @bfmv580 does work well, easier for the one being towed than the one towing

  • great! now i know how to do it!

  • What a stuntride, wow =D

  • @4strip lol

  • That was a fun ride along

  • @CharliZmoma haha glad you enjoyed it

  • Moar Videos!!

  • @danmoto73 I know its ok, now you better go edit one :)
