You're the one missing the point, that bad camera angle is for people travelling the way the camera is pointing. It's not a bad camera angle if you're going in the right direction.

e.g 2:50 the player isn't travelling down the hallway so the player should change so the camera is facing up the hallway.

If you're talking about the camera transitions, yes, I agree, they are bad.
