@unholyuzer It takes a LOT of mental strength but yeah you're right, I have seen amazing freerunners of all builds, and looking super cut is not an attribute you need. You should not jump into Parkour thinking it takes no physical strength, there are a lot of conditioning drills, and he says in the caption that his plyometric and stride missions have increased his jump by about a foot.
