I can't believe Evan got 3rd place over Kayla Radomski, she never missed a step and just in this video he made two mistakes. However, I thought this dance was one of the better ones and Randi danced it very well :)

@huffelpuffheir they are very small mistakes, not a big deal but at 0:34 when he takes her shoe off he kind of drops it and has to scramble to pick it up and at 1:10 when she kicks her leg over his head he loses his balance and has to drop his hand and touch the ground to hold her and himself up, but other than that it was flawless. i love this routine :)

Evan is a gift to dance and a gift to performance in general. He was perfect at getting into character without making it cheesy. Brilliant. The subtleities in his face were perfect. His movement always matched the character he needed to portray.

I don;t think it was deserving of an emmy on its own. But the show as a whole deserves all of them.

@afwNJafw I agree with you about the first one, but WTF are season 6 routines doing in there. Not one of the routines were even half as good as this dance. Season 6 is the WORST season of sytycd to date, why do you think they didn't get a tour?

@Writteninmyheart Some of the routines were good. Sonya's routine with Jakob and Ellenore was pretty good, or so I thought.

And I don't think Tyce has been TERRIBLE this season. Macavity with Billy and Katee was all right. I mean, I don't know from a technical standpoint because I don't dance, but it was entertaining from a viewership standpoint.

@bluemoonblackrose Season 7 is definitely not as bad as season 6. I enjoyed it a lot more, probably becasue of the allstars though. I guess hes not THAT bad but compared to his routines from season 2-3 hes really lost his flare.

I think that contributed to it, but there was so much more that made it just plain AWFUL. the change of stage, the bitchiness/slacking off of the judges, that frickin seizure inducing screen in the BG, lack of good choreography and choreographers ect. The dancers you see on that season even seem a little empty and don't have that spark in their eyes u see in other contestants. IDK what happened but the show lost it's heart.:(

At first I thought it was really innovative and appropriate that the guy and girl would go in drag for a Koop song, but then I read that it's actually a manly girl and a small guy... nevertheless, the androgyny of the dancers works really well for this song.

Still, though, I LOVE that the Butt Dance got a nomination. =D

@possefever *shrug* I didn't really think the cancer dance was choreographed as well as this. This is one of my favorite routines of the season, and I actually didn't like the cancer dance very much at all.

@NickolasK I agree and disagree. The cancer dance had to much dept to it that it was very hard to not feel something for the dance and the theme as well as the story. This kinda lacked that power in that aspect. But with that cancer dance, there was a lack of movement and less partner ship that this dance has and uses to its advantage. Im on the fence : )

@ABThatsMe91 The cancer dance was alright,but to be honest if Melissa took the scarf off then nobody would know what the hell it was about. Like several other routines, because it had such an "emotional oh -look -how- sad" story it was considered "amazing", but it was really just Ade hauling Melissa around. But its not terrible, Tyce's done worse *see seasons 6-7*.
