Don't know why... But he just sounds so much like Morshu the shop keeper in the Zelda CDI series. "Rope? Bomb's? You Want it? It's YOURS my friend. MMMMmm!"

He sounds so plastic when he talks, but then again, he was a very plastic villain, so it's almost fitting that he sounds like a 2 dimensional villain.
