if u saw the video after rendering with sound then :

- if you have converted the video into another file formate you might cancle the audio or the converter is not good

- youtube missed it up with copyrights

- rendering problem cus 1 time it happened to me !! especailly on sony vegas and with a poor quaility laptop

idk any thing else try to re-render it again using another file formate
