Kane used to be extremely muscular, but slowly lost his fight to age, and got slightly out of shape. In the new mask and suit, as you saw a few days ago, he's probably been working out more, and probably wearing a tight tight suit, to suck in more of the gut. The arms are still quite similar, if you compare.
