Not everyone agrees with this approach. I've never had any of those screenings and I am perfectly healthy and active, with four healthy kids. Women are not a disease waiting to happen! And the stress caused by these invasive exams is not healthy at all! We should do what is best for ourselves.
This video was very helpful and informative. I am 19 years old and very careful about trying to keep my self healthy. Even though I am overweight, I try to eat healthy and exercise as much as I can. I am healthy and have not had any diseases or health problems yet; hopefully, it stays that way :) Thanks again!
