I have a cousin who died from cystic fibrosis last thursday, december 9, 2010. She was 27 years old and i loved her more than anything. She lived a great life and was always smiling. I hope you live a long a happy life. :)

I read online that the prognosis is about 30 years? So when you say it's terminal you mean your daughter is in the final stage? I really hope the answer is no and I hope lives as long as it is possible when having this desease.In my language there is an expresion :"Multă Sănătate!" which in your language,roughly means "Have a lot of health!"

@alexandra21eames it all depends on your progression of CF & if a lung transplant works for you or not. caley shares the same CF strand as my cousin who we lost 4 years ago at the age of 12. However I do know someone who has CF & has had 2 double lung transplants in her mis 20's. caley spends more time in the hospital for appointments, treatments, surgeries, procedures and at home taking meds getting breathingtreatmenst & hooked up to machines then she does being a "normal" child.

@RikeMilenaOnline Yes, it is, it kills people. Basically, if it's not treated in time with proper treatment you can die from it. It's the mucis or however u spell it that doesn't get cleared from your throat, so it causes lung problems and can be fatal if tubes get blocked up. :))

I personally do not feel Caley is lucky meeting Miley. For a healthy child yes of course! For a very sick child that is in hospital. No I am sure she would swap it for her health any day. Cystic Fibrosis is a very serious illness. I am going to ask anyone with a heart that gets paid for Google Adds to create a video around this and have the money given to Cystic Fibrosis to find a cure! But it is nice that Miley took the time to see her.
