  • If you liked this... you may also like to know some more about the reason you should never "state your name for the record." Check this out: mrastrotheology on you tube about "The law: 1 Sovereigns, time to stand up ! Reclaim your rights" There are 5 vids he has to share, and more links show up on rt hand column to more. At least hear what he has to say.

  • YOUTUBE SUCKS!!!

  • YEA WHAT IF THE JUDGE THAT SIGNED THE WARRANT IS A CORRUPT FUCK?

  • vampires cant go out in daylight though, police are worse

  • When are the police allowed to search my home? Always, thanks to Kentucky v. King.

  • What are the exceptions?

  • @Freexnme I'm guessing the exceptions would include: a person is in imminent danger, the police officer sees illegal activity going on with his own eyes, police officer sees suspect flee into house, and probably some other things that I haven't thought of.

  • @Y2KFreeYaa Ok, thanks!

  • @YourNotDusk He has a reason. He lives in Landskrona, a city in Sweden where the allover violence and white hate is extreme, to say the least. He wears a hood so noone will think that he's Swedish (In wich case there is a big chance that he will get beaten up just for that.) he has every reason to be scared, I don't go out in Landskrona after it gets dark anymore after reading about the brutal rapes and fights in the news. Landskrona isnt a big city, and yet there is so much violence going on.

  • do not let them enter people they will screw u

  • Had a friend who ran across a school yard at 11 at night, wearing a hood. He lives in a nasty neighbourhood so he hurried home. Police thought he was up to no good, allmost arrested him and demanded to search his nearby home. He was to scared to say no, and allowed them. They looked mighty smug when they found an asian man in his apartment. They had found a guy who smuggled people. Oh how I wish I could have seen the look on the cops's faces when they showed them their wedding papers. : )

  • On August 30, 2010 at approximately 5:00pm, the police stopped me at the corner of Church and Wellesley. The police officer told me that I fit the description of the suspect that they are searching for at the moment.

  • @HRTOACTIVIST

(The police officer told me that I fit the description of the suspect that they are searching for at the moment.)

If the statement above is true. That gave the cops PC for the question for id. Frisk. If they opened the back pack that may have gone to far. The cops do have a right to lie to you. “jail, handcuffs” may have been true also if you matched the description very close. Race, Height, eye color, hair - style, color, weight, clothing.

  • The police officers demanded for my name, ID, mailing address, phone number, email address. The police officers even searched my school bag. The police officers even asked me where I was walking from and where was I walking to. The police offer even asked me for the color of my eyes.

I was hesitant in complying with their demands, but then they the officer became very aggressive, and threatened to handcuff me and bring me to 51 Division.

  • @HRTOACTIVIST that sounds seriously messed, that doesnt sound like anything a noraml cop would do if i saw one.. sounds like a random weirdo playing dress up or an impersonator.. i really dont see how email address and eye color have anything to do with anything.. maybe it was a stalker or a criminal pretending to be a cop to rape/kill u.. that sounds like a horrible situation to be in ...

  • The police officer left with all my personal information, and NEVER apologized for the misunderstanding or trouble. I asked the offer for his badge number and told me their badge numbers were: 9645 and 9657. I took this incident like harassment. Why do I need to be stopped, searched, and questioned? I’m not in South Africa!!! WTF!? Are the police actions against me legal rights?

  • @HRTOACTIVIST Pretty much.

  • No Time for the piggies or the hoosgow!!!

  • Exigent circumstances?

  • @RoundenBrown: "Exigent circumstances?"

    Covered at 0:21.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Thanks.

  • This is still great advice. Do Not let or invite Police into your residence. If you are being threatened or badgered refuse to communicate any further with the offending officer. Give direction that you will only now speak with his superior officer. Very important you don't speak to Police who behave badly. Be polite but firm. Remember, there is NO ONE to protect us from Police.

  • well this video is outdated isnt it... patriot act destroyed this...

  • The Patriot Act was enacted for better surveillance of what are believed to be terrorists. Trust me, if you are suspected of being a terrorist then the law will come break your door down to gain entry.

  • yea i believe ya. oh america land of the free right? lol. that line is becoming more and more of a mockery of what america once stood for.

  • Trust me, if police break down my door to gain entry, and use the Patriot Act for an excuse, then they are not police, they are criminals.

  • @Pafoofnik1 right, they are not-see scum

  • the cops enter my house and they will find out what AMERICAN PIT BULL means because they will tear there panzi ass nazi dogs to pieces. The only way a cop searches my house is with a warrant.

  • @worseto and then the police blow your dog away with a glock 40 and you go to prison for assaulting the officers with a deadly weapon...zing

  • thank God we still have some freedoms in the U.S. where if ANYONE enters your home without consent they are considered a thief, and therefore you are justified in using deadly force to defend yourself and your family.

  • The only reason not to consent is that you are commiting a crime - that is why in the UK the police can enter anyones home if they have reasonable cause (such as catching the home owner with contraband)

  • @Pafoofnik1

You hit the nail on the head.

  • What if an officer is corrupt and wants to enter your home just to rape someone he fancies or steal things from you or just intimidate you?

When you give a government limitless power, like you have in the UK, you give every sociopath bully who wants to join the police force to act out their fantasies free reign.

Didn't think of that, did you , mindless bootlicker?

  • @salvadordali3 'When you give a government limitless power, like you have in the UK'. You've never been to the UK have you? In 34 years I have not been stopped by the police, or had any dealings with them. I HAVE asked several for directions, all were polite, calling me 'Sir'. In the UK if the police ask you for your name you can LIE to them, giving false details, and it is not a crime. You do not have to carry ID. You do not have to give them ANY information unless arrested. Some police state!

  • @maureenOWW well i do not see myself being in the UK and even if i was, i do not see myself being randomly approached by them for no reason since I'm a random traveller

  • I feel sorry for citizens of the UK, all of you really do live in a full fledged police state.

  • @chiplawrie

in australia, our government is trying to censor our internet.

the most common argument FOR the use of a liberty crushing censor is:

" if you dont like to be censored, you must be a pedophile."

your argument, like the one above, uses Association fallacy.

this is a fallacy of referance. and it is a poor way to argue ones point.

  • @miguelatejeda

Don't you have any common sense?

  • You're a fucking imbecile. Suck a dick.

  • Never talk to the police under any circumstance. It doesn't matter if you believe you are innocent, there are tens of thousands of laws on the books and during your normal life you'll break plenty of them unknowingly.

There is no circumstance under which it can help.

  • To: Videoninjax123

That would be asulting an officer with intrapment.

  • "With a few exciption"? What exciptions? When the police feel life is at stake or a known felon is in the home.

  • what if you let them in, then dump a bucket of ice-water on their heads?

  • the noob cop will jump kik ur ass back into ur mom pussy

  • I cant believe i let them in when they ask me to search my house for my brother. they even ask for my id, i should have refuse.

  • Actually here are a few charges that Bounty-Hunters can face.. kidnapping, breaking and entering, forceful entry (if applies), loitering, stalking, harassment, impersonating a public official and the service of legal action without demonstrating cause or harm.

additionally, bounty hunters have no legal protection against injuries that may occur to them while performing their contract.

  • its just the same with vampires!

  • @GDragon9666 Thats fucking hilarious.

  • @GDragon9666 That's insulting to vampires.

  • what happens if they enter and I notice their looking around , Am i allowed to order them to leave ?

  • Now that is a good question !!!!

  • The police came on in after they put me in the car I just posted the interrogation I will be posting wittness statements soon

  • people the message is simple just refuse if the cops are aloud to do something they want be asking 4 your permission just refuse

  • US people who think they still have rights, have been sleeping for the last ten years. I was waking from my hotel to a resto in Myrtle beach and I was harass by police. Never went back to US.

  • @evilmoneysystem its because you aren't white, im sorry :D

  • if you are a fugitive a cop needs a search warrant but a bounty hunter needs nothing and can forcefully enter and damage property to detain you!

  • dude, your still living in the 20th century man, in the 21st century, they can just come right in without you even knowing, thanks the GOV for that, the partriot act 2001 is what gives em the rights...

  • Don't believe what you see on Dog-the-Bounty-Hunter. If a bounty hunter breaks in, he can still be hauled into court to explain himself. If his only reason is "I figured he'd be at his brother's place" then he can face criminal charges.

    It depends on the state.

  • Thank you.

  • Good Info!

  • I see it this way. If I'm 100% sure, and 100% I mean, that there is nothing illegal in my home, I let them in.

Why? Because if I do, they look around and leave - and it's all done.

If I don't, there's that chance they'll be back with a warrant and I really don't need the hassle.

  • and if they have a little bag marijuana and say they found it in your home, who is the judge going to believe?

  • Whoa i just agreed with the super athiest. Anyone doesn't think they'll plant evidence? Look up Barry Cooper. Scary Stuff.

  • Doing that just to avoid a little hassle is a poor choice. Not only for yourself, but others as they'll think they can get away with what they want whenever they want.

  • One time I called the cops to my home to remove a crazy escort that had gone phyco on me and started busting up my house..The cops came (2 female cops..big ones) I met them outside and by this time the crazy girl was outside too BUT for some reason they forced their way past me into my home saying the wanted to conduct the "interview" inside and if I didn't let them in they would arrest ME!....the California South Lake Tahoe Police Dept seems corrupt and uneducated in the law.

  • Cops wanted to see if you had anything "illegal".

  • If you call 911 and they see clear criminal activity (prostitution), they can go in.

Not sure why prostitution is illegal though.

  • hmunkey, thats not entirely true.... because even if they see someone smoking weed, crack... the fuckers still cant come in if the house owner or one that opens the door usually. they say "NO" and if they come in thats illegal... the cop will get there ass kicked and brought to jail... thats force entry or something like that.... They have no REAL proof to bring it to court to a judge unless they have the address and the kid smoking in a picture...

  • and i mean .... REALLY GET THERE ASS KICKED....

  • i mean if the cop/cops see them in the house using a gun with out actually (shooting someone) can get arrested for that 'MURDER" (no shit), but if the cop/cops see you smoking crack, weed, or something taking acid, DMT, they still cant do shit.... LMAO you bought the house and is paying the bills and stuff... thats your house, they cant do shit without a warrant from a judge or the government.... mostly from a judge,,, and they NEED GOOD ASS REASONS TO BE ABLE TO GET A WARRANT ...

  • if they see you doing it, they can arrest you due to the plain view clause (if its in plain view, its valid evidence)

  • yea dog if you even open your door and they see anything illegal like a bong or somebody smoking bud then they can search ur house. if they can't see anything though there gonna try and outwit you into letting em in

  • wrong

  • tubofbologna: RIGHT! your a faggot :)

  • the cops did this to me once. they came to talk to my brother, and i went to go get him. the cop asked if he could come in and since it was the middle of winter and cold outside, I absentmindedly let him in.

  • Police are allowed to search my home as soon as i give up looking for my damn keys.

  • the ghosts are still gonna murder you. i don't think 1820 ghosts go by youtube comment exceptions.

  • In youtube "COPS BEAT ME"

cops break into a home without a warrant.

  • And Im sure they were prosecuted. I don't think the average citizen understands that police pay a higher price when they mess up. The law is a lot harder on them

  • respect the taxpayer first.

  • Doesn't that leave you open to the risk that one of them is corrupt and could plant something? A more prudent course would be to avoid the search by refusing.

  • Your a stupid fuck, Fuck the police!

Smoke the big blunts and keep those piggies out!

  • are you fucking serious ???? Let an officer search if they want? Get the FUCK out of here !!!!!!! I won't even open the door to talk to you, you'll have to knock it down.

  • Even if the police are more suspicious of a person, that gives them not a single right to enter their home. Just because you think that person has done something wrong or is on drugs or WHATEVER, you shouldn't be so prejudice and try to intimidate because so many lives have been fucked up because people have smoked a little weed or whatever you think they did. Just like the rappers say - "FUCK DA POLICE!"

  • why should you NEVER consent to the police entering your home? what if you called them in the first place, like for domestic abuse? you gonna chat with them outside while the abuser is chilling inside?

  • fuck you tripple treat i hope you burn in hell

  • are you retarded?

how is knowing your rights loving murders, rapist, and drug dealers?

    are you brainwashed?

  • Yes, he is.

  • i cant even see his comment but i still know hes a dickhead

trippletreat your a pig cock sucker

    slop that boy

  • this is bull shit, they just get a court order

  • If they ask, then they probably don't have enough probable cause to get a search warrant.

If they already have a warrant, then they probably won't be asking.

  • cops can still enter a house if they are chasing a suspect or if they believe someone is in immediate danger inside the house. besides that they need a warrant.

  • This guy never blinks

  • why never concent? i've nothing to hide! if they have a good reason why they want to come in..i'll def. let them

  • I'm sure you'll just let them give you a cavity search too right? I mean, you're not hiding anything in your ass, right?

  • well that depends, hot female cops; cleared for takeoff lmao

  • lol, great point! that pretty much is some people's argument when this comes up.

  • Don't be so hard on this guy. He just wants criminals to have a fair chance... Ok seriously. Force this dude to live in or near a project area and that will cure his stupidity.

  • Let's see. There are 2 cops per 1,000 citizens. If the cops did nothing but search houses illegally, ignoring all calls for service and other police duties, wonder how often our turn would come around to have our homes searched illegally? Yep, sounds like a real big problem there. And, I thought burglars and home invasion robbers were the threat. We better buy this guy's product real fast so that we can "flex" our rights.

  • I had my home searched because they saw a road sign through the window. I guess if they see any illegal activity from the outside they can enter your home.

  • where can i buy the flex your rights video and is it for canada or only for the states

  • if it works on the states for sure its gotta work in canada!! i mean in Canada there is so much freedom i love it ehhhh....

It also depends on the province u live to..... anyways if u find the dvd let me know where u got it cuz im interested.

  • If you live in Canada then you need to do some research on your constitutional law.

  • what r the few exceptions? if a cop comes to your door and u dont answer can they break down the door?

  • If you have two entry doors use your second entry to approach officers, this way you never open the door they are at and they can never say they saw something suspicious in your home through the door. We have used this approach in the past, it works well.

If you have a little cash (Under $100) you can install close circuit camera's, some even have intercom systems, that is what my home has we never have to open our door or home up to any one before knowing their intent.
