do u still need to use UDPP if ur using a paintpot? aren't they like the same thing, except paintpot has color to it?

I never use them both at the same time, and I have pretty oily eyelids. However, some people I know need to use both. I'd try it without the UDPP first- it's one less product!

I don't think you can. They are mostly used as bases, not really ideal for eyeliners.

Absolutely. For example, Blackground PP can be used if you don't have Blacktrack Fluidline. Just use an appropriate brush and all.

You will LOVE them! Make sure to apply 'em with a good firm-bristled brush.
