i just made a video respond, but its not yet avaible, maybe tomorrow they will show it. i wanted to try to make a litle correction about my trying to bop with the arms (in that video)... i think that in popping what we do is find a position in which we can concentrate our strengh on the pop, so the movement on his selfs does not have a lot of our concentration, and in bopping its the opposite,

we concentrate on doing a nice, strong and smooth movement in one direction, and the finish would be like a break you do. to cool down. i think my mistake in the video was that i tryed to much to make this litle effect at the end..but this should only be a passif reaction. i mean, consequently after having done an effort for the clear move you should do a litle rest after.
