Right now I like L'Oreal Visible Lift Serum Inside foundation 107. However, it's hard to find it at stores now. I don't know whether they are going to discontinue, but I might have to find another favorite foundation. I'm looking for something with anti-aging agent in it. Or at least moisturizing. Any recommendation?

A great anti aging foundation is Chanel Lift Lumiere or Vita Lumiere. :o)

I just wanted to thank you for your great reviews on products especially the Bronze Universal and the Chanel Pro Lumiere Foundation which I bought after your reviews and I am LOVING them both!!! I never thought I would love a foundation more than my Studio Fix Liquid or Studio Sculpt but I do. My wallet is not liking me at the moment OUCH! They are two products that are so worth that extra money.

Hi Lisa,

I've been trying to find this bronzer but I'm having no luck. Chanel is repromoting a new one that reads " Soleil Tan de Chanel Bronze Universal" which goes for $48. The gal said it is in between a matt and a dewy finish. Not sure if this is it or should I just cx on ebay. You are usually dead on with your reviews and recommendation so I was hoping you could share your opinion on this crisis I have.. lol

oddly Paintly paint pot has been working on my dark circles. I have the MAC concealer in the little squeezy tube, but it cakes on me too! MAC needs to step it up with the concealers, it looks like.

I'm loving the SS concealer either. I wish it had the same texture as the foundation ,it would be great! It drys too fast and doesn't blend well. I like it for a few sun spots I have, but it's horrible under my eyes.

I've been dying to get Bronze Universel de Chanel, I just want to try it in store first. I'm surprised you don't like the concealer! I LOVE how creamy it is, I just use it under my eyes. You should return it if you don't like it! Save yourself some money

I hate my studio sculpt concealer too. Not only, it doesn't cover my blue undereye circles but it makes them worse. I don't know what to do with it. By the way, my 109 sheds too. Glad it's not just mine. Thanks Lisa!

My 109 sheds, too & it's my only Mac brush that does that so I thought it was just me. I feel better now---except I have stray brush hairs :-)

The studio sculpt concealer looked a bit cakey on me at first also, but I found that if I used a thick eye cream to prep under my eyes first it went on like a dream! I use a Smashbox #31 concealer brush and a very, very small amount of product goes a long way. Worth a try if you haven't gone this route already :) Thanks for all the great videos!

I actually use a thick eye cream primer from Clarins before I use concealer however it just didnt work for me! :o( Thanks for the tip though! :o)

I agree about the studio sculpt concealer!! I does not cover my baggage let alone, and it makes my undereyes look a bit worse with it. :( Maybe I will use it as an eye shadow base or something. I do love the foundation for the winter months. Thanks for all of your reviews; I find them very informative.

it's so weird..I originally thought MAC concealer was too thick for me..but went to my MAC store and was matched in color..I must say I don't use foundation daily anymore because I use this and an MSF natural over it. It looks perfect.

I have been wanting to try this bronze universal..that is the next thing on "the" list :D

I recently ordered a concealer and was torn between the studio finish and studio sculpt. Glad I opted for the latter. I really like the studio sculpt foundation, despite the trouble I had finding the right shade. I have a sample of the MUFE HD foundation & primer. Gonna give that a shot and then I might try the Revlon colorstay. I'm not made of money, so I would be wise to go cheaper when possible.

I LOVE studio sculpt foundation...and I am the same color in studio fix powder. However, the concealer....not so much. It does not cover well. I asked a MA about it at my counter and she told me that is what she thought too! lol. She suggested mixing it a bit on the back of your hand with some strobe cream to it! Haven't tried it yet...

I talked to a Mac makeup artist about the concealer and she said no one is wearing anywhere near the same "shade" they normally wear in it. She even recommended an NW for me, and I am so not an NW! Haven't tried it because they were all out, but now that you say it is cakey, I don't think I will...

my 109 sheds like crazy, too, when i use it with liquid foundation. makeupbytiffanyd did a tutorial with applying foundation with sponges (but i'm using the disposable white ones instead)... or i'll go back to using the brush that looks like a paintbrush.

Lisa, thank you for the 'use your 217 brush with your paint pot' tip. I had tried using my finger and a flat brush and did not like either. Using my 217 brush was a delight this morning! My paint pots are now going to be used with joy!
