I am going to visit las vegas for my 1st time this Spring for my birthday and am booking at the Cosmoplitan! The hotel is GORGEOUS!! I am so excited!

This place has "EPIC FAIL" written all over it. Yet another glut of overpriced rooms, high minimum tables, and overpriced food that few people can afford anymore. We are living in the New Frugality, folks! $10 beers and $25 hands of blackjack aren't on the American menu anymore.

Shittycenter was a giant mistake. A relic of the housing bubble. Well folks, that bubble has burst and left nothing but economic wreckage. There's no market for places like this. See ya in bankruptcy court.

I'm excited to go see it! I thought about cancelling my Mirage stay in April/11'. My wife loves the terrace option. I think we'll stick to the Mirage this year. I checked the website and the prices are actually pretty economical! Good Luck. I love Vegas and find nothing depressing about it. I don't think you're doing it right if you find yourself depressed.
