Firstly, a little discipline doesn't hurt in business. At least with the corporations, they'd stop screwing taxpayers with their frivolous spending.

Secondly, unless you're talking about tax increases on large corporations, which make up about...5% of the businesses in America, I don't see why anyone would move out to Canada and Mexico, seeing as the other 95% of businesses known as small businesses would mostly see a tax cut under Obama's plan, in addition to a tax incentive ("welfare" cash).
