Nop. It's backwards. MM2:TPF came before the Rockman: Complete Works, and the remixes used in The Power Fighters were reused in the Rockman: Complete Works games. It's important to know that the only fully remixed soundtracks (in Navi Mode) are the games from IV to VI in the Complete Works series (the other themes were new remixes). The first three games (in Navi Mode, too) had almost all their original NES music, excepting by almost the tracks remixed from MM1 to MM3 in MM2:TPF.
