I just ordered the XL pack from Fanatec.com. I got the CSR wheel, CSR Elite Pedals, and CSR shifter set for $388 after shipping. Separately this would cost more than $450. I'm mostly going to be using this wheel for drifting, and I will be making my own play seat. Good review.

@lachowskyj Mainly cos all the good wheels that work on xbox are unavailable in New Zealand. Fanatec wheels dont ship to nz. There is one supplier but even with that your gonna have to pay $950 (and that's the GT2 wheel). That's my only reason. If the g27 was compatible then I wouldn't have any need for forza on pc. But logitech and microsoft probably wont ever allow g27 on xbox. I mean I love forza on xbox, just no cool wheels for is dumb.

Hello, i thought i would let you guys know this since fanatec hasn't gotten back to me yet, but, my csr wheel is making some weird noises as if something is breaking and i havent used it that roughly, i got it on christmas and its already giving me these problems. also the wheel rim wiggles alot like a old g25 does after 4 years of play. im very dissapointed with this product. its also gets very loud when in xbox mode and sometimes feels unresponsive.

The Physics are great, don't give the bullshit, I don't know about you, but I Have Tested Performance cars on run way strips. As well as Auto-cross style testing. Cars in Forza Don't react like they should. No one will convince me other wise, because I know the facts, If they Combined the Physics of GT5 with the Gameplay/Options of FM4, we would have the perfect Auto Game. Period.

Hey guys, i had a couple questions At 6:14 when Shaun is talking about the pros and about the clutch use in forza, I couldn't help but notice when Darin was shifting, that the CSR Shifter is hard mounted. How did you do it? I have just placed an order for a CSR Elite and the CSR shifter set and I am puzzled as to how I am going to mount it to my rig. Also I had my handyman help me build the rig(I am only 16) so do you think it is worth buying the clubsport table-clamp or just borrowing a drill?

@codeeLS6 as the manual says if playing formula1 game set dpr to -3 beyond that it's trial and error for me. i'm on my second wheel because the original died on me, the motor seemed to die during a session, they (fanatec) sent one out very quick but they expect you to post the original back to them at cost to yourself, which is very cheeky , needless to say i havent sent it yet. i know of no other company that expects you do this, even microsoft send you a box to send xbox stuff to them in.
