you'd guess that I'm "old school" when it comes to electronic music. I just heard this at buzzoutroom and it reminds me of old, old Tangerine Dream, when they were good. This is a huge compliment as they pioneered this type of sound. Thanks for posting this!

I've been listening to electronic music since I was 5 or so (TranceEurope Xpress) witnessed the boom of electronic music, and my love for the music is still strong. It is now in our hands to preserve and foster the great Electronica music gifts of the artists of the nineties. Many of the best Electronica music of the 90s is still unknown by many. Many tracks made it to compilations, but died there, and especially here in the USoA most of these tracks never made it to bars, nightclubs, and (even) raves… Some of these tracks are truly timeless, and are still fresh…

Although I am still transported mainly by Electronica, I have found deeply moving music when watching movies that is classical by classification. The greatest examples of this are the soundtracks of: Solaris (with George Clooney), Memento, and Insomnia (the American version with Hillary Swank).
