U have done this totally wrong in Photoshop! that is the wrong way to explain to people how to add a border in Photoshop! 1 side is smaller than the other side too, i would suggest to watch my video on my channel and it explains how to add a border easy and the proper way. cheers.

if you were patient and view the video till the end you will see the way to do it in lightroom as well..
