  • That's a calzone, not a stromboli and what "expert" is going to put the food in the hot oven with their bare hands?

  • haha... You work in an Italian restaurant? I would send that back and tell them to bring me a real Stromboli ... that was a Calzone without ricotta cheese :P

  • Thats a CALZONE your a joke dont use the word stromboli if you dont know what the hell one is!

  • Stunod!!! Its a calzone!! Fuckin idiot!!!

  • Stromboli = rolled....you sir, are making a calzone, asshole

  • i was always under the impression ...the shape this guy made was a calzone shape ....and the stromboli was almost more of a log shape

  • Would love to see the result of that =)

  • That looks like a calzone to me. All of the stromboli I have ever had have been rolled, not folded over.

  • Alright put stromboli in hot oven with bare hands, got it.

  • ?? wow last time i checked even fuckin pizza hut would call that shit a calzone

  • ...this isn't stromboli. And if it were, this is a weak stromboli.

  • I love how you say to cook. I need a to find some good olive oil that won't burn like you a say and a to cook like a you say, bellisimo

  • that made me hungry!!!

  • stromboli and calzone a totally different...

  • whats the wooden board called that he's make the dough on. I watch many video from italy with nonna's that have the same board to make dough and pasta.

  • This looks amazing!!! We run cooking schools all over Italy where you can learn to cook authentic Italian food! Taught by Italians.

  • A stromboli has no sauce and is rolled like a jelly roll -

  • Stromboli does have sauce. Well, at least where I come from it does. It's also not rolled up like a jelly roll.

  • Calzone calls for ricotta and Stromboli does NOT .. There is a huge diffence between the two, anyone Italian can tell you that! The crust is even different, therefore it is totally different and not the same, Stromboli is generally seen in the South (Stromboli + Sicilia, even Napoli, but their stromboli is gross)

  • Yeah, it's a calzone, at least what's called a calzone, from NYC to Moscow.

Excellent dough, elasticky, demonstrates exactly the stretchiness from gluten.

  • wow you realy dont know what you are doing , where did you learn that ?? i know for a fat that crust will fall apart the way you play with it like its a game ,, another oneof you cooks thatthink they know what there doing , how many do you actuly do ?? i been making food since i was 12 there not to many ppl out there that can make good pizza or stomboli what ever you tryed to make there ...try again then post man do it right or dont do it at all

  • He's sitting there working in a pizza place working, and YOU'RE telling HIM how a dough works, while you're eating Little Caesar's, thinking it's awesome.

And Blue Box doesn't count as "making food".

  • THIS IS FOR SURE A STROMBOLI.

  • I agree it's a calzone. and I am from the east coast!

  • ugh..he's playing with the food. and that sure ain't no stromboli

  • Yeah, I don't know why he thinks it's stromboli either unless that's east coast stromboli

  • That's not a stromboli. That's a calzone. A stromboli is shaped like a log or a sub roll.
