I can only get 124350 on this level (with extra mutants) and that was only because I was in Goregasm mode for most of the time. Also at the end it says I only saved 2 out of 3 civilians. I can get all 10 brains but there are only 2 civilians on this level.

What am I doing wrong?

I have tried this level sooo many times now, on Story Mode with extra mutants the best score I can get is 139900. This was done using the auto shotgun, hitting every golden brain, saving both civilians and killing every zombie/mutant without missing a single shot. I honestly do not think "S" rank is possible on this level. As for the invisible targets that turn the cursor red, such as the one at 8:42 I hit one during one of the train cars by accident and it turned on slo-mo, glitched maybe?

I have an " S " for all levels but this one in the un-cut section. Top score is 94K.One thing bugging me. At 8:42 here there's something to shoot at. Only have a split sec. Anyone know what's there and what to use ? This game is like being on heroin. 59yo and can't stay away from it. ;-)
