  • @LPyuki Hi, 刀削面 need a special knife. I need to look for it. Do you have this knife?

  • @wantanmien This is not 刀削面. This is "詐詐逮" 拉面. It is a good method for people without a lot of experience but compromises quality to a certain extent. It is also a good method for females in general as real 拉面 requires a considerable physical strength.

  • 嘩 ////// 拉麵终於出來了, 我自小就喜歡食麵, 我每次做雞胸肉和蠔油炒白菜, 都配以虾子麵或公仔麵 (泡麵) 等同吃, 亦常去外面吃上海粗炒麵, 和日本拉麵, - 但他們做的拉麵好幼细, 我唔係咁鐘意食…..我比較喜歡食用白色麵粉做的粗麵條, (而且他們收費也不便宜呢)

    剛剛看到你推出拉麵的片, 嘩…..好開心, 以後可以自己做, 既可試加配不同的肉類 (雞胸肉, 牛肉), 又可以省錢 .……超正, maria, 你教識我整呢個拉麵可以幫我省好多錢呢 …...<3<3<3……多謝你……*_* ^_^ …

  • @ccluw123 Chris, 不用客氣, 普通家常麵條, 我常常食很容易做, 粗麵食時真不同, 一流..夠口感...., 我家常有一包大麵粉, 家父做什麼都用它的, 所以我也習慣常用, 是普通麵粉.
