When you go raw and start eating right and get back into the MOST HIGH light. the SUN you see your natural color coming back. which is beautiful almost dark blue/green. thats natural like the plants. We must get this rust off our body. I know im glowing since I got back right. 1 love ELO.

this is incredibly helpful. I recently attempted a 10-day fast after doing some research and just wanting to try it so badly. What you said about the nausea, dizziness, etc HAPPENED TO ME. Those green juices were FAR too powerful for me. During my 2nd day, I just felt far too weak and sick, so i decided to stop. I will attempt this again, maybe just a 3 day fast, but I will follow my drinks immediately with water. Thank you ms. nubia i. Peace be with you, sister.
