It's not that funny(WITH THIS CARTOON.) Seeing him doing the stand up is way funnier than this cartoon because he does an impersonation of the dog and it looks hilarious. But this cartoon doesn't make the dog look goofy enough when it is walking(and in real life it looks goofy as hell, which is also what makes the comedy so funny because it is so true.)
