What you did with your firewall rules is to allow iscsi protocol in and out which has nothing to do with your internet speed. iScsi is a storage protocol. Hence the "i" in iscsi is scsi protocol over ip, so the only thing that I see you've accomplished is to allow a storage server to pass iscsi protocol through to your pc. I'm afraid it wont have any impact on your internet connection, it will just allow you to use an iscsi based service or drive on your pc..I hope I didn't rain on your parade.

i used windows developer preview works thanks, i download x shot in 2 hours thats after setting the control panel. the normal is 14 hours :)

It works for me. But after restart its back to normal.

Without this hack my speed:

5mb package - 300kb-540kb (keep on fluctuate between this digits)

After apply this hack my speed:

5mb package - 670kb-720kb (Keep on max 670kb above never go lower then that in good bandwidth server)

and my upload speed is more awesome. After apply this hack it goes from 4mb upload speed to 900kbps-1000kbps.

But after restart it changes back to normal. I reapply and it doesn't work. Hmm. Any clue?

@iFrenchToast69 - Just use Windows Firewall, No ZoneAlarm or any other firewall.....those affect the internet connection a lot! And yes! This one works only if you have a wired cable/tv internet.
