Both sides are guilty, and the American people are their accomplice. Now, congress, who ran up a 10 trillion dollar debt just voted themselves over 7 billion in earmarks but they berate the bank CEO's for taking million dollar salaries while their companies suffered billions in loses.
Down 700, Up 500 in 20 minutes.....then up 150 to turn positive 20 minutes later......then from positive to Down 600 by late day...then a 900 point Up turn in 1 Hour and 45minutes or so!!!! Then falling back 400 to finish Down 125.....just Sick!!
