lol those cops said drop your weapon after seeing their buddies get blown away. in that situation you dont give the dude warning that you are behind him. in that situation...you shoot first until your gun runs out of bullets and then you calmly eject the spent magazine and load in a new one. if the dude turns out to be a universal soldier he will probably start to get back up off the floor. please proceed to empty the remaining magazine into said enemies face until they stop moving.
