@rockdrummer1010 That's from the isolated audio track disk that came with the box set. It features all the instruments (drums, guitar, bass, keys, vocals) in their own separate audio files for each song.

Personally I feel Images and Words is by far there greatest album. Black clouds and silver linings just didn't appeal to me as I was hoping it would. I can't listen to Count of Tuscany with out laughing over how dumb the learics are.

Images and Words is my second favorite, next to Scenes From a Memory.

BC&SL is, still in my opinion, their best album since Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence.

Dream Theater has never been known to have outstanding lyrics. The Count of Tuscany is still a brilliantly composed and performed masterpiece.

As nice as that box is, and despite the extra stuff you get in it, I still don't think it's worth paying the 132 bucks for it. I bought the 3 disc special edition, and the vinyl version of the record. All in all, about 45 bucks. I love the case that the vinyl comes in by itself. It's huge, and the artwork is very clear unlike the CD version which looks almost like it's been printed out of an inkjet printer. I do agree though that this is definitely their best album in a while.

Great album, for the mouse pad I used a couple pieces of double sided tape to hold it down. Worked like a charm. I thought I was the only person on youtube with an unboxing vid, but now I see I wasn't. :)

I HATE the new album cases the bands are starting to produce...fucking what's wrong with the hard plastic see through cases? I bought my special edition 3disk set and by the time i brought it home all the paper had totally worn off ... and the sleeves hold on to the CDs like none other it's almost impossible to get them out without bending them or scratching the disk...stupid shit amazing album though they did it again ... petrucci seems to be getting better in every single album...
