Harry Potter game stopped being awesome from The Chambers of Secrets... i hate having Hermione and Ron breathing down my neck. And the game needs more spells. And I also loved the way I would have to reach a certain progress in the game to learn a spell in the classroom.

We must be looking at different trailers or something. . .this looks great for an EA game. Maybe it's that your computers can't handle high definition, but those are actually top-notch effects with a bit of 2d thrown in for areas that don't relate to game play. Also, the characters look authentic to the movie.

Anyhow, the game play and overall atmosphere of a game is what keeps me playing a game - not the graphics.

you could edit the graphic setting once you are playing the game. like for example the Demo for PC that you could download from the UK website of the HBP video game, you have the ability to fix the settings of the graphics (according to EA, all versions will include this)

If games were only about gameplay we would still be playing the graphical equivalent of Pong. We don't buy $300 systems to play games that could possibly run on last-gen systems. They should make an RPG of harry potter so that you make your own character, choose your class (Grifindor, Hufflepuff, etc.), and chat online with other players, make clans, defeat evil (or good) with friends, completely free roam around the harry potter universe (including the muggle world), have pets, go to events at hogwarts and everything that makes harry potter what it is. Does that sound great?
