  • I have two LPs of Clyde playing the banjo while W. L. Gregory plays fiddle. I also have a tape Jim Nelson made of Clyde at home with a lot of banjo on it. I think Clyde's banjo version of "The Old Cow Died on the Fork of the Branch" is on one of his recordings.

  • Clyde said that he once played this tune when his wife was in the audience. Somebody dedicated it to her as a joke, and, after that, she wouldn't come to see him play. I don't know if it's true, but it's a good story.

  • Do you have any videos of Clyde playing banjo? If he plays it half as well as he does the fiddle, then the world needs to hear...

  • We need more videos of Clyde playing he is fun to watch and learn from.
