  • @taouganos The video is from 1968 soviet film Mars by Pavel Klushantsev. About that time people believed that strange traces seen on the surface of the Mars were somehow connected with a possible life on that planet. The film basically proves the life on Mars can exist, and depicts a fantastic image of a soviet astronaut traveling to the planet and finding a beautiful city there (as seen in the end of the video). The traces on the planet's surface were later proved to be an optical illusion.
