At a guess i would say this is filmed sometime between 2006 and the present day, but apart from that i know little more. It was broadcast on local tv at the time so you may be able to ref. it back that way? There is more articals in our Forum on our main website regarding more recent raids aswel as older ones. Disrupting people by hijacking frequencies? No pirate in his right mind would ever try to transmit on the same frequency as a 50,000 watt commercial broadcast station. They would easily get squashed!

And they wouldnt use emergency bands because usual household radios dont cover those bands. Few would be able to listen. Not to mention they arent TRYING to piss off officials anymore than they already are.

Interference is unintentional. Even with a clean transmitter they still want you gone.

hahaha ofcom, i have far more pressing issue in my life than to be CONCERNED about pirate radio, pirate radio is awesome, much love for anyone who is involved with it. this man sits here and say they are in it for profit, who is more in it for profit, the guy who makes a few hundred a week to get themselves a name out, or the massive corporations, who make millions in revenue, they do serve the community, giving dj's opportunities as opposed to relatives of big shot entertainment names (Ball)
