A person creates their own fortunes through the subconscious mind, Read a book called the Laws Of Attraction, or Think And Grow Rich, it tells you in there what luck is... but warning though it pretty deep stuff! you probably won't understand it the first time you read it...
Interesting. Have you witnessed the birth of a baby IRL or close to it? I recall "miracle" recurring in my head after being with my sister and her husband at the hospital for the birth of my nephew after 17 hours.
Miracles are required for our daily existence. It's the glue of the universe, the non-causal essence of quantum mechanics that lies at the foundation of all of physics at the level of the very very tiny. Fundamentally, science cannot explain the simplest of all events, the quantum event... All of so called luck is in fact, some sort of mind event created by some sort of consciousness, somewhere.
Have you ever read Small Miracles? What an amazing book filled with jaw dropping, tear-jerking stories. It inspires me to have faith through it all, especially the "downs."
It's not an easy question, but I could say that a miracle is something good that happens and greatly improves a bad human condition. The way it happens shows that no man could replicate it because of the immense power or knowledge needed, and this leads to the divine source of miracles. Many miracles, however, happen in our mind when we suddenly feel the presence of an entity far beyond our reach, an entity from which all the universe come from, and we call it divine. Faith descends from that.
Aloha Maurizio, I was literally wondering how my Italian friend has been! Thanks so much for sharing your perspective on miracles. Divine indeed... One of my all time favorite books is Small Miracles by Yitta Halberstam & Judith Leventhal. Jaw dropping, teary-eyed, heart smiling stuff.

"miracles" come from impressions formed by events that have a low probability of occurance.

Luck? Miracles? I don't believe either of them exist.

A miracle started from God, I believe. Miracles happens everyday; not just in olden times, but everyday. But I do believe they come from God
